It is the oldest villa in Preila with preserved residential and farm buildings and spacious yard, one of the first representative buildings which started tourism in the area. It belonged to Frederick Labrenz, the elder of the fishing village.

Cozy summer apartment with a terrace and stunning view right to the Lagoon. Cottage is comfortable for up to 6 people (max 4 adults and 2 children). There are two rooms and a spacious kitchen. There is king size bed in a private bedroom. In a living-room there is a corner-sofa and 2 armchairs which unfold into beds. We provide linen and towels for our guests. All necessary dishes in the kitchen. Just in front of the cottage there is a meadow where you can have your own barbecue

It takes 200 meters to reach Curonian Lagoon and 15 min. walk to the Baltic sea. You can reach the sea also by bicycles and footpath - 1.5 km. Apartment have lounge area, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony. Towels, bedding, and linens are provided for free to guests. The suite comes with a special pin that is valid only for your stay.

Zilvinas’ place exceeded all expectations. The house itself is a true architectural gem – modern, spacious, and designed with great attention to detail. Huge windows frame the stunning panoramic views, making you feel fully immersed in nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor grill area and the jacuzzi, both perfect for relaxing moments. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped, ideal for cooking together. The only small thing we noticed was the lack of a microwave or oven, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. Communication with Zilvinas was fast, helpful, and kind. This was one of our favorite stays ever – thank you for sharing such a special place with us!

The place was beautiful, modern and large. The location is very secluded, ideal for unwinding and lingering. We enjoyed the tranquility very much. Modern kitchen and electronic appliances are available. Everything matched the images. Only the distances to the neighboring houses could be greater so that you have more privacy.

Lovely place to stay and Vilma was very helpful. it is hard to find though. Only 10:minutes drive to Palanga and there is a lovely beach 2 minutes drive. if you visit then it is really worth visiting NIDA on the sand spit

Cosy apartment with all necessary equipment. I loved coffee machine, which is not with capsule one, but ground coffee machine, making excellent foam. And the balcony is ideal to drink that coffee in the morning with nice scenery view and birds songs :). Place is quiet, few meters away from the cost of lagoon, grocery shop and grill restaurant are also just few min away. There’s a bike road passing by, which you can take for a ride till Nida. The host was very responsive and supportive in all requests. Kudos to Ramunas. I have spent amazing weekend with my wife. Thanks a lot

Cozy flat - to slow down

Great, cozy and clean and tidy apartment with everything you might need for a two short vacation stay (from washing machine to coffee machine). Big advantage of having a balcony. The sound insulation is great, we didn't hear anything around. Close to the lagoon and the sea, the cafe, so the apartment is really in a very convenient location, and the communication of the host is great!
