This house offers an ideal place to spend a beautiful holiday between the leisure of a dynamic and lively city, and the wonders of the surrounding nature. You will enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (from May to September) overlooking the beautiful typical Cehegín roofs. In a quiet pedestrian area of the historic center, close to bars and shops, and only 10 minutes from the greenway where you can walk quietly or bike, and which leads to the coast of Murcia.

The villa is located at the hillside of La Muela Grande and adjacent Sierra de Maria y Los Velez Natural Park with the best views of the valley. The house has Wi-Fi, huge Kitchen and fenced outdoor space for pets if needed. It has great shared Areas and 7 comfortable rooms with private bathroom.

Mountain House

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).

The house is a fully renovated farm located in the midst of nature with a wonderful view on the Sierra Espuña and the banks of the Rio Pliego. The house is very child-friendly, and both the surroundings and the swimming pool are completely enclosed so that children can play in the garden in complete safety. To avoid any misunderstanding, we charge an extra €20 per guest per night if there are more than 12 guests.
