Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

The bestest best place I have stayed in so far. The villa is soo pretty so beautiful and everything inside felt so peaceful and calm. the neat bedspreads, the clean washrooms, the big swimming pool, the spacious sitouts evrything is a 10/10. I should also not forget about the caretaker Mahendra bhaiya, the best caretaker, very friendly, very helpful at any time. RITUuuu your villa is the bestttt. loads of love and support to you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. next time again when I am in goa with friends and family this would be my stay. ❤️

We LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is some of the best in the business. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. There is always someone around to help and answer our questions. I have never had a stay this peaceful and stress free. The property is so beautiful and well decorated. Stay here for a vacation that will be one you will remember for ever.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The villa itself is beautifully designed – spacious interiors, tasteful decor, and an open layout that seamlessly connects indoor elegance with outdoor serenity. Each bedroom was immaculate, featuring plush beds, spotless bathrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the pool or garden. The private pool was a highlight – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by palm trees that created a tropical haven. Our stay at Van Rasa was truly unforgettable! The living room quickly became our favorite spot to gather and unwind as a group. Each bedroom was spacious and exquisitely designed, offering a perfect blend of elegance and luxury. The beautiful pool was a standout highlight, and we loved starting our mornings with breakfast by the poolside. The property’s proximity to Candolim Beach—just a short walk away—made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The two caretakers went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and their delicious meals added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The Escavana Stays hosting team was exceptional, with thoughtful touches that made our experience seamless and special. All our requests, including a private chef for dinner and a yacht experience, were taken care of effortlessly. We had a memorable and incredibly comfortable stay, and we highly recommend this property for a luxurious Goan getaway.

We were a group of 9 and all had a wonderful stay at the property. All our needs were taken care of. The place was spotless, spacious, had a very nice pool with sunbeds, and very accessible to a bunch of nice spots in Vagator. The hosts were able to arrange scooter and car rentals, and taxis for us when we needed, so we really didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. All in all, I would recommend this property as a great choice for slightly larger groups wanting to spend a few days in North Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Stayed at the beautifully designed sea view villa beautiful decor.. With an amazing party terrace overlooking the ocean, had perfect sundowner with my family here The villa staff was attentive n prepared an excellent breakfast as per our choice.. The host took care of everything during our stay they hv concierge service which recommended n booked resturants n party place for us.. Big shout out to the team Highly recommended villa with an excellent team.

Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a beautiful villa with helpful host. We felt right at home and had lot of space for our group with kids. This place is close to Candolim beach which is clean and has fun activities to do.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. Would definitely love to come again!

Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!
