Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nervi, Genoa

Wonderful apartment with very warm hosts. We were there with a baby and dog and felt very welcome. The private terrace offers a magnificent view of the city and the sea, the kitchen is very well equipped. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home. Never stayed in a castle before...and it was awesome! It is full of history and charm, with a family feel. We spent a good amount of time out on the stone deck enjoying wine and the great views. We also enjoyed simply walking around the inside and looking at the old paintings and decorations. It is great when an Airbnb goes beyond being just a place to sleep and instead becomes a big part of the overall travel experience. The castle is modernized in the important ways, but the host does go out of his way to portray it accurately in the full description. Also, it is a bit outside of town and so it may be best to have a vehicle during your visit. The host was extremely responsive when I had a couple of questions, and the arrival/check in process was made easy with an in-person meeting when we arrived. We also had an amazing dinner at the restaurant they recommended. Overall, this was an exceptional Airbnb and I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay, it felt like being at home! The location was perfect, very central and accessible to sightseeing and restaurants. The host, Angela, was very friendly and super responsive, with great greeting and shared a lot of suggestions. Everything went very smoothly and no issues. Highly recommended :)

We had a great stay in this stone cottage located in a quiet and peaceful place. Stefano is a great proactive host and gives good advice!

Great 3 night stay at the end of April with cloudy weather. Villa Lilla has a lot of assets. Well equipped house, photo compliant, quiet, clean. Nice hosts. The jacuzzi is really nice (including when the sky is cloudy). We switched the heater to winter mode and the heaters worked right away. The second bathroom is more of an extra bathroom but the main bathroom is enough for 4 people. Parking space included and courtyard closed by a gate. The sound of the small church bell is very weak and adds charm from my point of view. Ideally located between Portofino and the 5 lands (we went there by train). I don't realize if the short road in pins can be a problem, we live in the Alps so for us it's no problem. But it goes with the WONDERFUL VIEW. I recommend Villa Lilla.

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

We were blessed to be at Flaminia’s beautiful villa for three weeks. When we arrived her son met us in town and took us up to the villa and showed us around. He gave us all the necessary information to insure our stay was pleasant. We used her wonderfully appointed kitchen every day. Be sure to ask Flaminia about Anna! She will come to the villa and cook a wonderful dinner. And even let you participate in the cooking. We had questions about the area and she answered all questions in great detail. There is an outdoor pizza oven. We had a great time using it! We enjoyed the hot tub several days. You are close to beaches! Several towns are nearby as well. It was a wonderful place to be!! And hopefully we will be back soon! Ciao!

My mom and I had a great time in Matteo's house, the apartment is very nice, modern and equipped with all the comforts, bright and spacious, strategic for the center but also to easily reach the Levantine Riviera, the parking space it provides is essential. Host available and super courteous, in-person check-in which is a plus to have all the info about the house and the surroundings. We felt right at home.

Location on the beach and waterfront was the best, anything you want was close and easy walk, great food, supplies, drinks and mostly the great beach was priceless.

This was the perfect place to stay for our 3 nights! Jlenia was super wonderful and she provided us so many recommendations of where to eat/go in the area - which we appreciated so much! Her home was perfect for 2 people and so spacious & clean. It was in such a great location and easily walkable to so many great restaurants & train station. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely cottage with private outdoor space. Host had provided us with many tips about the public transportation and the amenities in the area. Bus stops practically at the door. In short, an ideal stay where we have enjoyed ourselves.

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing flat, full of personality and furnished with great taste, attention to detail and with a great use of space. The terrace gives a glorious view of the port and the bay. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, so the bathroom. There is a big washing machine and dishwasher. The fridge is huge. The beds were comfortable. 2 TV sets and powerful WiFi . The flat was clean and very well maintained. It is on the upper floor of an old building with no lift so I would not recommend the place to people with mobility issues. However as I said the view from the roof terrace more than justifies the physical effort. The self check in process is super easy and the owner is easily reachable and kind. The position in front of the renovated old port is ideal to move around the city centre and to reach the Aquarium and other local amenities. A metro station is at 5 min on foot, the main train station ( Principe) at 15 min walking distance. A great and very pleasurable stay.

A delightful apartment that was authentic, stylish and simply perfect. We loved our stay and will definitely be back for a longer break to explore more of the local area. The local recommendations were perfect. We were welcomed by locals and throughly enjoyed our visit. I must reiterate again the apartment was delightful.

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was so cosy, stylish, and full of character—it really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the centre and the train station, which made getting around super easy. We especially appreciated all the helpful info provided about things to do in the area. We walked to Portofino one day (such a beautiful experience!) and took the train to Monterosso for a fantastic day trip. Both were highlights of our time here. Everything about the place made our trip extra special—we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

What a place! Fantastic penthouse high up on the mountain with magically beautiful and expansive views in all directions. We will miss the large terrace and, of course, the rooftop pool! Camogli is a cozy seaside resort and it was also easy to get around and visit the beautiful surroundings. We had a rental car, but public transport (bus and train) also worked very well. Angelo and Tomasso were very good hosts - nice reception and always quick answers. We have had a wonderful holiday here and will gladly return!

Fantastic villa. One of the best kept gardens we have seen. Unbelievable view. Well functioning house. Good location in the area. Bring some smaller luggage instead of one big one. There are 140 steps to the villa from the car

All as described, nice and clean, comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable.

A great apartment in fab location. Carla was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony. Pool opening times need to observed, they depend on the time of the year. Convenient parking. A lovely stay, would happily return.

Great stay at Daniela's. The view from the terrace is really amazing. Daniela is super accommodating and recommended good places that she was able to book for us. As in most seaside homes in the area, the train passes just behind the house, which is convenient for visiting the surrounding villages but causes a little noise pollution.
