Modern cottage right by the large beach with all facilities. Large windows with stunning views! The cabin has one of the best locations in the area (Nes Beach Gardens) with free view to the beach and Glomma. Sun on the terrace and in the garden from morning to evening. The cabin have two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with open kitchen solution and loft with good ceiling height. Outside the cabin there is a terrace of 25 m2 with a large umbrella, fireplace, garden furniture and sun loungers. Garden of about 120 m2 with outdoor shower and various plants and shrubs.

Idyllic cabin paradise

Enjoy the sound of nature when staying at this unique place. Here you can drop your shoulders and take in the peace and quiet. This is a great recreation spot for restocking and enjoyment. A few days here, you are like new - away from all the hustle and bustle. Gamle Hvam is next door, which is an old big farm that has now become a museum and worth a visit. There are several hiking trails in the area, so nice opportunity for activity and walks. Closest shops are Neskollen, Vormsund and in Årnes Sentrum.

Whether on one of the two beaches, taking a dip in the river, catching a fish, barbecuing at the fire pit, enjoying a warm jacuzzi after building the world's largest sand castle, or a trip along the ancient road, we always want to go back :-) "Nes Strandhager" from TV. At 45 min drive from Oslo and 2 min walk from your car. (Public tr also possible) Outdoor toys: badminton, foot/volleyball, frisbee, sand toys.

Adorable guesthouse by the lake

Come enjoy this quiet lakeside setting. The property is situated on the edge of the forest, 100 m from a small lake that connects to Storsjøen. There are plenty of hiking tracks in the forest, and we have two bikes for rent so you can explore the countryside roads. Storsjøen is a large lake great for fishing both in the summer and winter. In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.
