Summer house with amazing views and 100 m to the beach

In 2020, we renovated the house of 100 sqm. The outdoor areas are lovely. Large lawn with plenty of space for activities such as badminton, football and cube. Next to the summer cottage is the "small house" of 36 sqm which has bedroom, shower and toilet. Small down on the plot we have the stabbur of 15 sqm also with sleeping space. It is only 100 meters to a nice beach with trampoline, slide, climbing wall etc. Rented a minimum of 3 nights. There are not rentals for events or large parties. Max guests 11pcs

Welcome to our charming old house at Berger/Hellvik. We offer a quiet, safe environment and summer idyll at its best! With us it is not perfect or sterile, we have our things here, so you have to endure full cabinets, but we think you will thrive and feel at home. The kind cat Grin, almost 10 years old, is included. The peninsula Nesodden, where we live, is surrounded by beaches, forests and many hiking opportunities. There is a short distance to the bus, which takes you to the ferry and over to Oslo.
