The beautiful accommodation of Paul Jud is combined with an older farm, which is rather remote and surrounded by woods and meadows with a view of the beautiful Glarus mountains. In this area you can enjoy the peace and quiet, as a leisure time there are many attractions and sports facilities, such as hiking in the mountains of Amden or on the spear (King of the Pre-Alps). When the weather is nice, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lake Constance. The studio is wheelchair accessible and infinitely variable.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

The holiday apartment is located below the village of Amden. The peasant family also lives in the same house. During the hay harvest or other work, there may therefore be some noise (milking machine, hay ventilation) or there are odor emissions (slurry). But we do our best and take this into account as far as possible. We have cats, dogs and chickens, the goats and cows are from June-September on Alp. We sell organic milk and eggs. Dogs are allowed, just book with us, costs 30 Fr.

Our Hüsli is located in the middle of nature, quiet and on the Alpstein-Wanderweg In the garden there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the Bänkli in the forecourt. Inside it is nice and homely, with tiled stove and wood-burning stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)
