This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

This rental was just perfect for a short midweek trip. It was close to both Netarts and Oceanside. Beach access was a short walk down the street and then you could walk quite a long way on the beach. While we stayed there, it was a little noisy during the day because there was renovation happening at another house but not loud enough to block out the ocean’s waves. Vacasa was also great after our stay ended. We forgot a few items and realized when we for home later that day. I was able to call that day and have them look for those items, then they mailed them to me within a few days (I paid for shipping). Overall, 10/10 and we would stay at this listing again.

Sure! Here's a polished and friendly Airbnb review you can use: --- We had a wonderful stay at Craig’s place! He was super friendly, and responsive, and made sure we were comfortable from the start. He even played some music for us and kindly let me play his guitar, which made the experience feel extra personal. He even let us start a campfire in his backyard and told us we were the first guests to do so. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, and all the amenities were easy to access. Recommend this stay if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night with a warm and memorable experience!

What an amazing vacation at Netarts Bay. We were mesmerized by the view and watching the tide rush in and rush out. The sunset was framed in the window each night and we watched the seals playing, pelicans fishing and crabbers crabbing. We had a couple of hiccups in our plans and Monica was so accommodating and kind. Sarah helped us when I forgot the entry code and we just had an all around amazing time. Walking the beach at low tide each day was such a great experience. An Oregon gem and we’ll be back. Thank you for everything!

'Salty Dog Cottage' in Netarts w/ Deck

This house is amazing. Exactly as described minus not emphasizing the great yard for the doggies! It is fully fenced and quite large. Nice deck with chairs and a table to have coffee in the AM. The neighbors were really friendly. Kitchen is fully stocked including olive oil, condiments in the fridge and some spices. Netarts doesn’t have a lot of restaurants so being able to cook most nights was great. But the restaurant across the street had some good pizzas and sandwiches. The closest beach to go clamming or walking dogs is about 5 min drive. Plenty of parking. The place was very clean and free of clutter and useless stuff. We would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay at Megan’s place exceeded my expectations. The home is artfully crafted, with so much attention to quality and details. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality wares. The sauna and hot tub were amazing and well maintained, and the forest surrounding the home was so carefully intact, it was truly like a forest getaway. The property had multiple decks and lounging areas, and the walk to the beach is just so magical. You can tell that there was so much thought and care poured into this home. I will absolutely be staying here again.
