Holiday rentals with a patio in Netherlands

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly what we needed , clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. They really made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und man ist zur Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt, wo es einige schöne Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir konnten super toll abschalten und dennoch haben wir viel unternommen in der Gegend. Alles top! 😊

Tolle Ferienwohnung! Sehr sauber und gut gelegen - Zentral in der Nähe des Strandes und Bahnhof. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Karin zu Gast in dieser sehr schönen ruhigen Wohnung. Karin hat uns von Anfang an hilfreich unterstützt und war für alle Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Da sie oben drüber wohnt, stand sie schnell zur Verfügung. Wir waren in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof Haarlem, um mit der Bahn in 15 Minuten in Amsterdam anzukommen. Am Abend genossen wir die Ruhe auch im kleinen Garten der Wohnung nach dem ganzen Trubel. Aber auch Haarlem selbst ist ein Besuch wert. Auch kommt man mit dem Bus oder mit dem Rad schnell ans Meer, wenn man das noch einplanen möchte. Da die Wohnung keine Küche hat kann man nicht selbst kochen, wir hatten aber alles zur Verfügung um in der Wohnung zu frühstücken. Karin hat uns sogar das Abwaschen übernommen - ein perfekter Ort für einen Kurzurlaub.

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

Cute and cozy spot with beautiful surroundings and accommodating hosts, conveniently close to the city without all the hustle & bustle. We especially loved renting a boat nearby at Bootverhuur Overleek and exploring the surrounding villages along picturesque canals. A lovely spot to stay.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam – sie hat uns sogar spontan ein zusätzliches Fahrrad zur Verfügung gestellt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch flexibler gemacht hat. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank – eine wirklich schöne Geste, die zeigt, wie viel Wert hier auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten extrem bequem – wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Eine Unterkunft, die wir ohne Zögern weiterempfehlen – vielen Dank für alles!

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in deze mooie Airbnb. Patricia was super vriendelijk en had zelfs allerlei leuk speelgoed klaargezet voor ons dochtertje van 1,5 jaar. Heel lief! De Airbnb zelf was heel knus en fijn. Zeker een aanrader! De kippetjes die voorbij scharrelen maken het geheel af :)

Die Unterkunft von Margriet hat uns sehr gut für einen Kurzurlaub gefallen. Die Unterkunft, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die ruhige, aber dennoch zentrale Lage war sehr ansprechend.

We stayed at Vonny's place for a longer weekend of relax, kite and sightseeing. The apartment is wonderful and in a very quite area. It has everything you need for a nice stay. Supermarket were 5 minutes driving. Vonny and Hisse are very nice persons and took care of us in case we need something. Thank you! Until next time!!

If you are wanting to stay anywhere in this area, this amazing home is the place to be. The location is in the heart of the beautiful historic village. The home is stocked as well as you would want your own to be. The beds are very comfortable and the view upstairs is like something out of a storybook, and considering the extent that this historic farmhouse has been restored and re-imagined... it is. The furnishing and decor should be in a magazine. From Corrie’s warm welcome and the apple tart on arrival to coffee and meals on the patio with a lovely view of the church tower, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Easy walking and biking distance to the working windmill, delicious restaurants, ice cream, and the ferries. Quite a highlight of our time in the Netherlands. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Stefan und Tim waren sehr freundlich und haben immer direkt auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Einrichtung ist schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Mit 3 Erwachsenen, die nicht miteinander intim sind, waren die Schlafgelegenheiten etwas zu beengt. Leider konnte in einem der Schlafzimmer kein Fenster geöffnet werden. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und und gut geeignet für einen gemütlichen Abend. Der Weg zum Strand war etwas länger als erwartet, aber ist zu Fuß machbar. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und immer wieder eine Reise wert!

The place was amazing! The host is really helpful, understanding and extremely friendly! The room is really big and has everything you need! It’s a really quiet neighborhood, so we loved spending our days or nights out in the garden. It was a perfect place for me and my partner to wind down and enjoy our vacation.

Die Wohnung Zwaluw hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht vom großen Balkon. Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht und herzlich. Bei längerem Aufenthalt wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht und Restmüll entsorgt. Somit ausgesprochen empfehlenswert. Gern wieder liebe Grüße Sabine und Andreas.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

Wir haben zu zweit drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewohnt. Das Zentrum von Zaandam ist fußläufig (20 Minuten) oder mit dem Fahrrad (5 Minuten) zu erreichen. Nach Amsterdam braucht man mit dem Bus einen knappe halbe Stunde. Yafit und Jerry sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Yafit hat uns am ersten Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück gemacht und zur Begrüßung standen kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben es geliebt abends, nach einem langen Tag, ein Bier auf der Außenterrasse unter Lichterketten zu trinken. Unser persönliches Highlight der Wohnung ist die Badewanne, welche im Badezimmer durch eine Öffnung in der Wand zu erreichen war. Absolut gemütlich!!

Marc is zeer vriendelijk, reageert heel snel op Airbnb en ook privé. Bracht gelijk dingen die we misten en nam dankbaar tips aan die we gaven. Zeker een locatie om naar toe te gaan, overal dichtbij!!

Words cannot express just how fortunate we were to find this place. Amanda is a fabulous host, responsive, friendly and so welcoming. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town and likewise to the train station. So peaceful and handy amenities on the doorstep. The accommodation is so clean, stylish and homely, it could not have been improved. Thank you Amanda, you made our weekend truly special.

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡
