Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

In the bedroom you have a dining area and the possibility to heat your dishes thanks to the microwave and cutlery. However, there is no equipped kitchen or water point apart from the bathroom. Parking is easy, in summer and winter, with a closed garage. This house for 4 people and a baby is close to the highway but quiet and close to nature. From the parking lot, you have direct access to the private terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ. The interior layout is very spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. The beds are made upon arrival, and bath sheets are at your disposal. We recently added a misting fan to make your stay comfortable in case of high heat!
