In the resort of Ilfeld, which is located in an idyllic mountain valley of the southern Harz, is this beautiful newly renovated holiday home on a south-facing slope with amazing views. It is cozily furnished with a large bright living room, a bedroom with a double bed that is pleasantly cool in summer, and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. In addition, a terrace with great views, a sunny garden (about 700 square meters) with garden furniture and barbecue facilities belong to the house.

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

Welcome to our tiny house on Lake Sundhäuser in Nordhausen! On 30 m² there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. There is also the possibility of a crib and a high chair. SUP and canoe can be rented on site.
