Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nevada

We have 4 girls and two of them were graduating at UNR the same weekend and your home fit us all wonderfully. We loved the huge open common living room/kitchen/dining room where we could all enjoy each others company. We were so happy to have a fun backyard with a hot tub, BBQ, large table, fire pit and lots of extra seating! And it backed up to a park! This has been a tradition to give each girl a fun college graduation get together and this home checked all the boxes! Absolutely pristine home! Thank you, Wendy B

This Airbnb is truly a diamond in the rough. The home is located in an older area, but the street itself felt quiet, safe, and private. Inside, it was charming, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—definitely a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The hosts were very responsive and kind. There were a couple of maintenance issues (a leaking fridge and a non-working dishwasher), but they were quick to offer to send someone out. I chose to hold off, and they were very respectful of that request. There were also a few minor cleanliness issues, such as some towels and dishes needing to be rewashed—but nothing that ruined the experience. I do think the cleaning crew could be a bit more thorough, especially with things like checking appliances before new guests arrive. Overall, I’d give this stay an 8/10. It’s a cozy, peaceful spot with great communication—just a few details that, with a little improvement, would easily make it a 10.

We had an amazing time staying at this house just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip! The location was super convenient—close enough to all the action but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood so we could relax after a night out. The house itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Our host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. Allowing us to check-in a couple hours earlier. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Vegas, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This home is very nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and if we need a place in the future we would absolutely go back!

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

A very fast responder to any issues you’ll have or questions you have. Very detailed description of airbnb, easy to get into the place with the easy to follow instructions. Very respectful and checked in on us and made sure everything was okay. The place was nice and it felt welcoming.

This is a rustic and historical gem! The space is cozy and exceptionally clean. Love the large bathroom! The window A/C in the bedroom was the coldest ac I have ever come across and it makes the whole space cold!!! The area around the rental is great for walking our dogs. The Silver Springs Park is right up the hill behind the rental with plenty of green space for the pups. Also the Silver Springs Cemetery is right down the street and fun to walk thru and read the tombstones. We door dashed food from Dayton and explored Virginia City during the day. The location is perfect!!!! Hope to stay again!

Great place for people looking for a quiet accommodation. Easy to get some work done at the kitchen table (fast internet). Also not too far away from Death Valley National Park.

I was there with two of my daughters celebrating my daughters graduation from residency. Great way to celebrate a wonderful accomplishment. The deck was so peaceful and relaxing, we read a lot, chatted a lot and then went for some beautiful hikes and enjoyed the beach as well. Perfect vacation.

Such a great stay!! This one bedroom was so clean and comfortable. Had all needed amenities. Beautiful hot tub and the gym was great too. Close walk to UNR, such a great location. Felt very safe and had a parking garage with a reserved space. Loved my stay!

Marina was a very friendly, gracious, and responsive host. The unit was nice, and clean, with all the working amenities that I would expect. The space felt nice and private, and Marina was entirely unintrusive. I very much appreciated her flexibility taking care of a few unexpected things from my end. I would happily stay there again.

We had never stayed in an Assay Office before. I loved it! Mine history from floor to ceiling. Add a fire clay smelter in your "living room" and you are ingulfed in history. Worth every penny.

This place is amazing. I didn't want to be in the city and thought I'd give these cabins a try, and I'm trying to think of reasons to go back again. Bill is an awesome host and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I had only questions and zero concerns. I strongly recommend this place to anyone seeking a tranquil environment.

Super cute cabin, in an easy to find location. Beds were comfortable and the little private outdoor space was great. Would love to stay again.

This place is awesome. We love the access to outdoor activities. Lauren was a great host and the place worked perfect for us.

The cabin was very clean, with everything you need, was provided for you, but your food for the stay. Dee is always available by phone, she posts her number, if you need anything or have questions. We always love staying here, it has a beautiful view of the pond from the great front porch. Always quiet and peaceful here. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

It is such a comfy little place. It was easy to find and easy to check in and out. Would recommend!

Kimber’s cabin is located right next to Sky Tavern, which made it so easy for my son and I to go back and forth for the event we were attending there. A nice, cozy cabin, just as Kimber described.

We stayed the night at Steph's place while traveling across the country. it was so beautiful with the best views and it was so peaceful. we had a trailer loaded full of stuff and did not have to worry about security. that alone made it so worth it having the Peace of Mind . Steph is very friendly and and made us feel right at home!
