I was very pleased to stay in such a perfect place at this price. I was relieved to know that I could reach at any time. The interior of the room was perfect. I was very pleased with the arrangements for the crib for my 5-month-old baby. The transportation was so convenient and close to everywhere that I could get up at 5 and go to watch the balloons for 10 minutes. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. The electricity went out when the key was unplugged, but the refrigerator was working, which was a very important detail for me. It was pleasant to watch the balloons in the morning from the balcony of the house. If I come back again, I would definitely prefer this place because there was no defect. 💓🌟

We loved our stay here. Both Ruth and Elaa are very responsive and helpful. They helped arranging all my transfers. A taxi drive to drive me around to see the red tour attractions. Elaa’s breakfast is delicious too. Definitely recommend.

My stay at Cappadocia Cave Rooms met my expectations. Selim and the rest of the staff were incredible helpful, kind and warm. The breakfast was delicious, the scenery was incredible. The location was at the city center, perfect for convenient walks to explore the neighborhood. I would recommend Selim's place if you are looking for accessibility and overall good scenic experience in Goreme!

Emre and Sardar were both wonderful hosts — very welcoming and helpful. Sardar, in particular, was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to assist us. He gave us great local recommendations and even helped us book a balloon ride at a better rate. If I ever visit again, I would definitely choose to stay at his place once more.

This very artistic family hotel is located in the town of Ortahisar, and you can see the local lava castle from the balcony, with a pleasant view.The owner of the hotel, Mr. Osman, is a very warm gentleman who provided us with thoughtful and meticulous service and advice, making us feel at home.He also helped us book a hot air balloon project at a better price, for which we are very grateful.He loves literature and has named each room after a famous writer, which is refreshing.Mr. Osman's mother, a kind and gracious lady, acted as the housekeeper and cook, and we were very satisfied with the local breakfast she cooked.Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy this breakfast again on the day we left because we had to catch a flight, so we plan to continue next time. People who come to Cappadocia usually consider staying in Goreme, but please believe me, staying here will definitely be a different experience, and it is more cost-effective, especially for friends who drive themselves, you can play in other towns, and then come back here to stay, feel that long-lost simplicity.

We only wanted to stay for one night, and after seeing the house, we decided to extend it. The host was very caring and the house was tremendously tidy and nice. It was very close to the city center of Avanos, we could go everywhere without a car.

It was such a fantastic stay. The host and staff were so friendly. My room was gorgeously decorated. Views from the restaurant and the terrace were crazy beautiful. I loved each and everything about the stay and was hoping I could have stayed longer. They book out in advance.

We had a short stay in a cave house, just to test it out, and then switched to this private accommodation which did not disappoint. It is modern, very comfortable (good bed), and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, jacuzzi bath included. Also a nice small terrace with a view of Ortahisar castle is available. If you like a peaceful, quiet location that is still very close to the main Cappadocia attractions, this place is for you. It’s 7-8 minutes by car to Goreme and Urgup. From the balcony, you can actually see the balloons rise in the morning though maybe not as many as in Goreme. So the location was just perfect for us. But be aware that it takes 15 minutes walking to the centre of Ortahisar which itself is much quieter place than the touristy Goreme. I will add that the bed is very comfortable but the bedroom has a window to the East without blinds so the light gets in early in the morning. But it was not a big problem for us. Overall, an excellent experience.
