A quick walk leads you directly to the beach with many walking/mountain biking tracks. Only 90 minutes drive to local ski fields. There is a TV, Netflix, WIFI and off street parking. Can sleep up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchen is stocked with a few days of self serve breakfast supplies to start your visit.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

A 2 minute walk to watch the sunrise on the beach or the same to watch the sunset over Christchurch. Markets , hot pools, supermarket and shops 15 min walk. Bus stop to city also close. Perfect!
