Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

A beautiful and peaceful Studio. Very quiet and relaxed place (no sharing) on ground level with private entrance. Spacious, cozy and comfort studio for up to 2 people. A comfortable queen bed , TV and beautiful fireplace with heater integrated. 25 to 45 minutes to NYC (bus) depending on traffic, 18 minutes (with car) 15 minutes to American Dream Mall 30 minutes to Newark Liberty Airport 5 Minutes to Walmart, Burlington and target. A lot of restaurants and delivery for your convenience.

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

There is a new king size tempurpedic mattress bed. Includes, new shower and bathroom, small fridge,coffee maker, toaster oven, Wifi, TV and amenities as if at a B&B or Boutique Hotel. Enjoying walking everywhere from town for coffee. To the flat rocks for a swim in the river! We love sharing our little town with you.

Separate, renovated, sanitized cottage that sleeps 4. 1bd/1ba backhouse with a full bedroom (queen bed) and the living room includes leather sofa bed (queen). Entrance of the cottage has a porch for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Fully equipped kitchen to cook & prepare food for the beach. 42-inch TV & free Wifi. Workspace w/ desk, chair, monitor. Air conditioning/heat throughout the cottage. 2 beach passes, beach towels, beach chairs. Plenty of street parking.
