Loft holiday rentals in New Jersey

The accommodation was comfortable for me and my girlfriend. The location is close to a park and has stunning views of Manhattan from the Hudson River. We asked Cecilia many things and she always answered us quickly and was very willing to help us. I recommend the accommodation for those who do not want to stay in Manhattan and have a quieter stay in NY.

Spacious condo ten min walk to boardwalk. Perfect for our beach vacation with kids. You need to bring your own towels and linens. They are not included. As is typical with Airbnb's the mattresses and pillows are not great. The parking was convenient. The balcony gets morning sun and shade in the afternoon. Friday fireworks can't be seen from the balcony. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, plates, etc. Definitely spacious and great for a beach vacation.

I had a great time staying at Stephen’s ’s place! The loft was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and easy getting around. Stephen & Trina were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. They were so kind to put together some stuff for me to go to the beach one of the days, at short notice. I really appreciated that! The only minor downside for me was that the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit slow at times, but realit wasn’t a dealbreaker. Ismalia was nice. I arrived late at night, much later than my original arrival time due to a flight delay, but she was happy to check me in. She also prepared some light food for us when we were hungry. It's a great place to stay if you're traveling from Newark penn station to New York penn station. The place was spacious and clean enough that I could walk around without shoes. The central heating was on all the time and the temperature was just right. The neighborhood tends to be a bit scary, but it's safe if you take an Uber to and from Newark penn station. An Uber ride is about $10. If you're looking to stay in the Newark area because of the high cost of housing in New York, this is a great option.

We had a great stay at Joanne’s place, it is exactly as described. The reviews about the bathrooms are not totally accurate, it is not outside of the Airbnb but just right outside of your room which was a bonus for us as a bigger group. It was clean and exactly what we needed! Thanks a lot :)

Elizabeth and Jose were very responsive to our questing and needs. We had a little difficulty with the entry keypad, but they took care of that quickly. They had snacks for us and the refrigerator was stocked with eggs, bacon, cheese, juice, milk, water and soda. They also had a variety of breads. We truly enjoyed the space. The three bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our family. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us! I would recommend this place to anyone. Was a short 10 - 15 min bus ride to 42nd St. Port Authority in NYC.

Loved staying here. It was a beautiful apartment and smelled so clean. Loved the wood floors and spacious rooms. Everything was within walking distance and the staff was super helpful and friendly. 10/10!

Jody is the model of what a host should be. On time... always available... and extremely accommodating. I wish all of the homes I stay in had "a Jody". Can't thank him enough. Gift bag that welcomed us was unexpected and filled with quality products and discounted food and activities. I'm trying to get another basket haha

Mark was a great host and very responsive. Checking in and out was easy and went smooth. My family and I felt comfortable staying at Mark’s place. It was spacious, clean, and had lots of amenities for the 7 of us. We chose this place specifically because there is a free parking spot right in front of the house for us to use and we were also given the option to use the garage too. We didn’t want to stress about finding street parking after our long days in the city.

it was a great 3 day stay! It was close to the PATH train to NY. there was a park nearby. the place was clean ,updated and modern . it looked new. the space was big. i liked the bed. and there were extra bedding and pillows in the closet. its easy to reach the host Ava through the airbnb chat site and made things easy and simple

We had a wonderful stay in Fabian's apartment. The accommodation was impeccable and above all ideally located for us. Having a view of the skyline in the morning when you get up, or in the evening when you go to bed, was extraordinary. In addition, the bus stop (served by 3 lines) is less than 50 m from the apartment and to reach the center of Manhattan it just takes between 20 and 30 min depending on the traffic to reach Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) and Time Square is then only 6 min walk! In short, for us the location was great and the apartment beautiful.

This was a great stay - would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!
