Kid-friendly holiday rentals in New Kingston

It’s a very beautiful home would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy quiet place. The Host was very nice and also very helpful and was always right there if you needed her.

This is my 2nd stay and this stay was just as wonder as the last.

Shadaie’s place was absolutely stunning. I felt right at home. It was clean and had everything I needed right at hand. The pictures do no justice, the front yard was beautiful and full of flowers and Lucious green trees. It’s the right comfort for you and your person or friend. I will most definitely be coming back. Shadaie on the other hand was inviting, responsive and understanding. She was literally right at your finger tips and she added a touch of everything into her home so really you don’t need anything. From Ac, Hot water, greenery decor and clean environment for your comfort.

Karden was an exceptional host and his place was lovely. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed. He was always available if we had any questions or needed help. The home was lovely and the front was well manicured. The community is safe and very private.

This was a return visit for us. There’s a reason why return to Nerris’ place. You don’t feel like you’re in a hotel or even “somebody’s Airbnb”, you feel at home. The kitchen is LOVELY 💜! I love to cook in it, Spacious, yet everything is at hand. The bedroom is very cozy. Plenty of drawers for your things and an ample closet available to hang clothes. The living room… what can I say! Be careful sitting on the comfy couch watching TV- you’ll fall asleep. The TV is equipped with all your screening apps. The hidden gem! The washroom! Out the back door and down the hall; you’ll find a washer and dryer (ask Host to purchase tokens), 2 utility sinks, mops and buckets ( if you’re like me, a clean freak) to use in your unit. Parking. Come through a secure automatic gate and park right in front of your unit. Ted may great you and don’t worry about Jill, she usually stays out of sight. Don’t hesitate to book here; for a few days or weeks; you’ll feel like you never left home.

Came into town with a last minute friend added to my itinerary for Jamaica carnival 2025!! I alwwwaays stay on Barbican road so this was an absolute plus for convenience! The entire home was so beautiful and modern. The host was very responsive and always available! There is a working two in one washer and dryer which work fabulous! I’ve never seen a combo like that. The master bedroom gets extremely cold when using the AC which is wonderful during my late April visit which can be hot! I just have sooo many awesome things to say about Darren and his wife! Amazing couple! Will be back

10/10! Would recommend this unit to anyone. It boasts a central location which makes commute a simple task. All amenities are as listed, and the apartment? Squeaky clean and feels right at home. Plus Cliff is a great host. I will definitely be booking again.

Such a delightful stay at Prue's studio in beautiful and private surroundings. The description of the property was accurate and Prue was so helpful from beginning to end with the booking. Lots of amenities nearby, including supermarkets within walking distance. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at a the Richard ‘s home and I can't recommend it enough! The house was very easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet and felt incredibly safe, making it a perfect retreat. Inside, the place had a cozy atmosphere that truly felt like home. The WiFi was excellent, which was a big plus for me. Plus, there were plenty of food options and shops nearby, making it convenient for anything I needed. exploring the kignston area was a lot easier. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again! Thanks again for hosting me

My stay was amazing. Near great restaurants, emancipation park, near Knutsford Express and the airport. I was really quiet where I could relax and work on my projects. Ranaldo is a great host and available to answered my questions. Above and beyond service.

The location is perfect quite safe, everything is close by. Restaurants, shopping mall, grocery store under 10 minutes. There are also a few historical places under 10 minutes Bob Marley museum, emancipation park and others. The host is very responsive, quick reply, will accommodate your time of arrival and departure. I had a good experience during my stay. If you are going to Kingston this is a must. Uber is quite fast less than five minutes the driver is already at the front gate and the price is affordable.

My overall experience was great, instructions were clear, the space was spotless and pristine. It definitely matches the description and looks like in the photos. I highly recommend 10/10!

We really enjoyed staying here! The place had everything I needed—fresh bed linens, room-darkening shades (which were great for sleeping in), and even a walk-in closet to make unpacking easy. It was super clean and felt like home. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and even shower gel, which was a nice surprise. The hot water worked great. The AC and ceiling fan kept the place cool and comfortable Especially when it’s 1,000 degrees outside. Overall, it was just an easy, chill stay. Would definitely come back again! Can’t wait.
