Holiday rentals with a fire pit in New Marlborough

The house was perfect for our stay, our daughter had reunion at Hotchkiss. We were able to visit and catch up with her friends and families and others from Hotchkiss, great location great gathering spot in the kitchen at the table !

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house! The home itself is lovely—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The lake and boats were a big highlight for us, offering plenty of fun and relaxation. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While there were a few small things that needed fixing, she addressed them right away and was very communicative, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable holiday for our family. We’d definitely love to come back!

The house was clean and nice! Beds were huge and comfortable and the area is beautiful. The hosts were very responsive. It was the perfect trip.

Such a fun old home, reminded my wife of the old farmhouse she grew up in. The location was perfect for our needs and there was enough space for everyone.

Great location with easy access to surrounding areas where there is always something to do! John was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay in his home. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood close to town. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the our girls weekend in the Berkshires! The house had plenty of places to sit and hang out, which was especially useful because it was a rainy weekend. The house is in very private and in the woods, and was great for bird watching. It is also very close to Great Barrington with lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay again!!

Lawrence and Ilze are great hosts! They actually just live next to the house and they own a farm. We took our kid to visit their farms with lots of beautiful chickens and roosters. My son even has a chance to feed the chickens. We will definitely come back!

This house was perfect for us (5 friends gathering to fish the Housatonic). Simple, clean, ac/heat/wood-burning stove, all the amenities, and a great hot shower! We were up and down the short path to the river the whole weekend. Amy was a super-host. Attentive when we needed her, but not intrusive. Thanks Amy, we enjoyed our stay!

Our experience at Carrie's studio apartment was just what we needed after a busy day attending to a family project. The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, couches and lounging chair. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom neat and clean. Although we didn't have much time to enjoy it, a small outside porch overlooking a lower garden and an expanse of a neighbor's green lawn was an added perk. The apartment is a short walk into the village of Shelburne Falls with its diverse shops, many eateries, pharmacy (good spot for an ice cream soda), small grocery store (an organic oriented store is just across the bridge), bookstore, and very nice wine store (near the Pot Holes). Don't miss Gypsy Apple, a culinary treat for a special occasion (check for the evenings open as they are limited). Our respite at Carrie's was peacefully quiet and restorative. I have no reservations about recommending Carrie's lodging.

Peter and the apartment were great! Peter was super responsive, friendly, and had nice touches like homemade granola with milk and coffee provided. After my original AirBNB fell through at check-in at 6pm, I was relieved (and saved) by Peter’s responsiveness.

Gracious host, friendly and responded very quickly. The Airbnb itself was pleasant, quite cozy with a pretty backyard/garden area. Would definitely recommend to someone looking to stay in the area

Cute room above the brewery was a nice get away for my wife, our little dog, and I. John was friendly and so were all of the other employees and guests. The Irish band was great and the patio by the brewery was very cozy the beers were also delicious too. The room itself was spacious and well furnished with a good size bed and additional day bed. Fun weekend get away for all ages.

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Thanks Katey for sharing her beautiful home and being a great host, super responsive and provides lots of useful information. We had an amazing time!

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

Chris's place is a beautiful cabin nestled in the woods, with birds singing, beautiful airy feel to the cabin, roomy, lovely second floor, most comfy bed I've ever slept in. Loved the colors - wood, tall glass windows and skylights, dark green comforters and pillow covers. It's up a dirt road, neighbors are far away, so if you don't like remote, this isn't your place. But if you do, it's perfect!

This place the atmosphere the surroundings it was all so lovely and needed, the price paid off. I loved the views the water and the shower outside. The bed was so comfortable very clean the place overall was very comfy I felt so comfortable. I recommend this place for a stay if you love to be away from people and need calmness. Everything was on spot from the house, the area outside to everything included. Thankyou so much for this, 10/10

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday here. The home is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature—just what we needed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d love to come back!

Our second time staying at Maitopia with our cat, just as wonderful in a different warmer season. Tina was super responsive as usual and even accommodated a late checkout. We enjoyed feasting in the kitchen as well as grilling in the yard, floating around in the pool when it was warm enough out, "hiking" with our cat on a leash around the forest on the property, taking baths, streaming music. We didn't leave the property much, but it was a fun highlight to get a few local produce items at nearby Greig farm and meet the adorable goats. One tip- bring an eyemask if you're sensitive to light in the mornings- there aren't any window shades in the bedroom.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. The views from the home and the surrounding area were amazing and we found ourselves just slowing down a lot on our drive there to take it all in. Our favorite parts were the hot tub which was so relaxing especially with the backdrop of nature behind us and the amazing kitchen where we cooked all of our meals each day. Most things were around 20 minutes out so it was a very stay at home stay so we really appreciated the effort they made at making the home the main attraction. The host was very communicate and helped solve a minor issue we had right away which was a great experience. Our least favorite part was having to leave! Overall we look forward to coming back again in the future to such a cozy home.

Nicolas was amazing! He responded very quickly to all our messages, and the house was absolutely beautiful. My family felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you, Nicolas, for an incredible staycation,we truly enjoyed every moment!

I loved this place. It was very large. Larger than it appeared in the photos. And the yard was huge! The dogs loved running around it. The neighbors were close enough to see that there was a house nearby, but far enough to not really see any people. And I heard no one, just an occasional dog bark. It was a beautiful location. Trees and hills and beautiful grass. The wood burning insert was fabulous. We had cozy evenings watching tv or a movie. Plenty of plates and cookware. I made dinner most nights. It is also close to so much! I really loved it! Hikes and shopping. Don’t miss the Farmers Market. Highly recommend
