Welcome to Westown Retreat. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Westown, on the spectacular Taranaki coast (black sand). Tasman Sea on one side, Mount Taranaki on the other. A 2 minute walk to our local suburban shops: Dairy, Takeaways, Cafe, Sports-Bar Restaurant, Yarrows Stadium and Taranaki Base Hospital are all within an easy, flat walking distance. 5-ish minute drive to the City Centre, Supermarkets, Beaches, Museum, Aquatic Centre, Pukekura Park, Govett Brewster Gallery, Coastal Walkway...

The Little House

Lovely little private cabin in Fitzroy. Newly renovated and consists of a bedroom with King size bed. There is a skylight above the bed equipped with a blockout blind. The Bathroom is en-suite with large rain shower. Cosy lounge area with flat screen TV. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with microwave, toaster and a fridge. The French doors lead to a decked area overlooking the garden area where you can relax and unwind. E-bikes are available for hire - see photos

The Stay on Egmont

Welcome to The Stay on Egmont. Nestled in the quiet Egmont Village at the base of our Maunga, the road to the mountain is straight out the gate. The cottage is a quiet retreat 10 mins from New Plymouth city. Wake up to the call of Tui and the sound of a stream running outside. Only a 10 minute drive into New Plymouth and beaches, 5 mins to the Egmont National Park. The Village hosts a cafe, petrol station, large mountain bike park, NZ's largest Holden Museum with luge and mini golf.

Cosy self- contained studio close to Mt Taranaki

We are situated close to main routes in Taranaki but in a small town only 15 minutes from New Plymouth. WE PROVIDE CONTINENTAL BFREAKFAST; cereal, bread for toast, spreads, butter, milk and tea & coffee,. You will need to have your own transport when staying with us as public transport is almost non-existent with only 2 buses a day. We have offroad parking. There are a lot of activities available to you including walking tracks, surfing, cycling & beautiful parks to explore.

'Listowel' on Tukapa

Listowel is a cosy, little cottage nestled amongst lush tropical flora, and a salt water swimming pool... simply stunning on a hot summers day. Our guests are able to take the opportunity to slow down and relax in their own private patio, where they are free to enjoy a nice beverage at the end of the day. A standalone modern studio cottage in picturesque surroundings on the city boundary. Just 10 minutes drive to Pukekura Park, the Bowl of Brooklands and to the bars and restaurants of New Plymouth; this conveniently located unit is perfect for a break away or for those all important business trips. The spacious studio contains a really comfortable king size bed, ensuite with a powerful shower, fridge, microwave and kettle. Just what you need for a comfortable say.

A little bit of country

Guest room separate to the main house. Its a large studio room with en-suite. We're out in the country on a large lifestyle block, only 5mins from Inglewood which is a great little town, and 20mins from New Plymouth. Its a peaceful spot with a great view of Mt Taranaki from our garden. Our place is shared with 2 dogs (outside dogs), 3 cats (probably wouldn't see them), chickens and cattle on the farm From Sept - Oct we have lambs that are being hand fed. :-)

Warm, spacious, private self contained studio flat at rear of host's section. 15min walk to city center, 2min walk to Pukekura park and Bowl of Brooklands. Queen bed, separate shower and toilet, basic kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, bench top oven and hotplate). On street parking. Owners are long time surfers,motorcyclist,and life long residents so can advise on many activities.
