Beachfront holiday rentals in New South Wales

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay at this little beach cottage. It was cozy, beautiful styled and exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing getaway. Our host was so welcoming and thoughtful, providing helpful information about the area. The outdoor enclosed bath was such a treat, and the indoor fireplace made the space feel extra warm and inviting. I highly recommend-it was a perfect escape!

Funky eclectic space, loved it. The vibration colours made you happy from the moment you entered the space.Loved the garden and so did my pooch. Walking distance to the beach and the Dog friendly section and to some dog friendly restaurants. Felt very comfortable here. Loved the fresh eggs, muesli and dried fruit was a lovely thoughtful touch.Briefly met Yantra who was warm and friendly.

We had a lovely stay at Kylie’s place—it was very relaxing. The walk to the beach was nice and easy, and the local beach was perfect for our senior dog. We even had some wildlife visitors in the backyard, including beautiful birds and either wallabies or kangaroos, which was such a treat! Although it rained for almost our entire stay, we were more than happy to cozy up inside and play games by the fire.

Coledale is a special place and this house is one of the best places to stay to experience everything the area has to offer. Despite the inclement weather the house was comfortable, warm and well equipped with everything we needed. Thanks Tracey for making the check in and check out process so seamless. We will be back!

Best Airbnb property we’ve ever stayed in. The facilities are great, the location is perfect, the house is beautiful and Lyndall was amazing to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, well presented terrace that is obviously maintained with pride. Main bed was very comfortable. Short walk to a gorgeous beach. Only possible way to improve presentation of the terrace would be better blinds to fully block out the street light when sleeping. It is on quite a busy road but the windows are relatively thick so the noise from passing cars in the evening was very modest and didn’t trouble us. We would go again.

The house worked really well for our family with lovely bedrooms for everyone and a comfortable living area with different spots for people to read or relax with the ocean views out the big windows. Also a nice stroll to the excellent Austinmer ocean pool that we swam in each day!

A great place to stay. Charles was so responsive and always willing to provide information and help when required. We will definitely be back!

we really enjoyed our stay at Christine's place. it was as advertised and we appreciated the thoughtful touches with the fresh milk and water in the fridge. Great place to spend a few days, although we were just there for the night. Highly recommend Christine's place!

Great accommodation, beach was only a 2 minute walk away and close to shops. Highly recommended. Quiet and relaxing. Nice new renovations to studio. One of the better bathrooms setups I have seen. Quick fast communication between host also.

The cabin was the perfect escape. It was cosy, aesthetic, and more than well equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true getaway. Access was easy, with a short walk through the gates to a private, tucked-away space. The cabin was just the right size and felt calm, warm, and inviting. Privacy was respected completely, and the whole place had a peaceful charm that made it easy to relax. Every detail inside had been thoughtfully considered, which made the stay feel special and effortless. The local area is beautiful. There is so much to explore nearby, from beaches to walking tracks and historic sites. We found that around three nights and four days was the ideal amount of time to enjoy the Southwest Rocks area. Most importantly, the host was incredibly lovely, and the cabin really reflects their kindness and care.

From the day before check in until we left Kylie’s place she was super helpful and covered all basis from the get go. I haven’t enjoyed staying away from home as much as I did this trip. Beautiful scenery, amazing restaurants literally right next to the resort and the vibe was just what we wanted - peaceful and happy. The room and location was perfect for our honeymoon! We loved our Diamond Beach stay at Jenny’s place. As a family of six, the house provided so many activity options - pool, sauna, billiards, movies, music, pinball machine, table tennis, darts, board games. We did it all! There are also surfboards, body boards and fishing rods to make use of. The house is spacious and as per photos. There are also lots of chairs and nooks and crannies to sit down and read a book. The bedrooms are confortable and the main bed has a brand-new mattress which is fantastic. The view from the back deck is lovely, with generous glimpses of surf. Then 20 metres from the back fence is the beach itself, easily accessible via a private path. Local pizza and takeaway is excellent, as well as Hallidays Point Tavern hist a five-minute drive away. A highly recommended stay!

I had a great stay at Belinda’s place. The home was so comfy and Belinda has thought of everything you might need for your stay, even a beach bag and beach towels. It was so close to beautiful beaches and restaurants, and I loved hearing the waves at night. Would definitely recommend .

Fiona has honestly earned her 5 star rating. We've never had the chance to stay in a 5 star rated AirBnb, and this did not disappoint. It's pristine, well thought out and everything is easy to find and access. It's a beautiful bungalow and Fiona should be very proud of her hosting capabilities. The beautiful beach and town are practically right out the door.

We had a magical stay at Madeline’s beachfront property- she was so accommodating with check in and check out and made it so easy for us! Madeline’s property offered so many extra , thoughtful inclusions and kitchen / fridge pantry items to make your arrival welcoming- loved the “ sweet treat” too!! The electric blankets were wonderful as it was winter- very cosy indeed! The view is stunning and so relaxing sitting in the swinging chair on the balcony …. We highly recommend Madeline’s exceptional property for your stay on the beach!

Nicky was friendly and a pleasure to deal with from the outset. The property was exactly what we expected as a result of seeing the photos in her listing and very comfortable and extremely clean. The view out the front of the unit across the water was amazing. The beds and linen were wonderful, so we slept soundly each night, and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, so much so, that we felt it was our own. We couldn't speak highly enough about our stay, so happy to return sometime and to recommend it to anyone looking for a quality property at an awesome location. Thank you Nicky.

This apartment was outstanding. The views were breath taking, moving room to room with an abundance of natural light, rewarded with spectacular sea views. We thoroughly enjoyed the delights of Cabbage Tree Bay Marine Reserve, snorkelling with amazing colourful sea life. Close to nature walks and restaurants, and enjoyed going to sleep hearing the soothing waves lapping at the shore. Thank you for having us, we will definitely visit this fabulous apartment again!

Can not recommend Melissa & her place enough. Lovely natural night and cozy bedroom and living room, right next to a private beach too! Made our Jervis Bay weekend beyond memorable.

We had a great one night stay en route to south east Queensland. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had all we needed to make our simple meals. As we arrived after dark and left early in the morning, we didn't have time to make the most of what the home had to offer, but we loved the tropical garden view, and the fabulous view of the ocean as we were leaving.
