Debdut is an awesome host and has gone above and beyond just being a host. The location is quaint and peaceful - and we were able to enjoy clear views of the Ganges right from our bedroom. He also maintains excellent staff to ensure a hassle-free and relaxed stay for his guests. Big thanks to him on doing a fabulous job with this accommodation!

I've been to this condominium few times but this was the best apartment till now. Room is near and clean with good kitchen space and good washroom. AC, TV, Fridge, Microwave everyone works perfectly. The host was responsive and helpful. The place is very peaceful with good view. I would definitely recommend. Adding few bowls in kitchen could be helpful.

Sarvesh is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. His home is beautiful, set in a calm and peaceful surrounding. With Instamart just 4 minutes away, everything you need is easily accessible. Overall, a perfect stay!

Very pleasant stay. I found the space to be cheerful and welcoming, with a nice view from the kitchen window and a large terrace. The list of amenities is impressive (I especially appreciated the washing machine). Things aren't brand new, but they work. And lots of smaller household items are included as well. The location is great, right by the Phoolbagan metro station and good restaurants (my favorite was Falam). I found the neighborhood relaxed. It's mostly quiet at night (now and then dogs bark, but it never woke me up). As in many places in the city, mosquitoes can be an issue, so I used a mosquito net (which I'm told will be washed and ready to go), and that worked great. Anand and family were very responsive and helpful, showing me how to use a few things and promptly taking care of anything that came up. All in all, a comfortable space with lots of amenities in a great location.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. The location was perfect—peaceful yet well-connected, with plenty of good eateries and essentials nearby. The interiors had a warm, cozy vibe that made it feel like home, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fast Wi-Fi to a well-stocked kitchen. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the hospitality. It’s clear the host truly cares about their guests' experience. I loved the place. We booked on a short notice (on the same day) and Mukesh helped a lot. The place was clean and comfortable, there is security so you will feel safe and the deliveries are pretty quick especially blinkit and Instamart. Staying here was relaxing and comfortable. I stayed with my mother and brother and the space was big enough. The kitchen was well equipped. 10/10 I will book this place in future too!

It was a great experience to stay there

This place is very close to RN Tagore and a few other major hospitals. Shankhdeep is very responsive and helpful. Though a bit old, kitchen has all utensils necessary for cooking. Ample space for parking a car on road. There is a grocery shop just below the house for minor day to day needs. This place is on 1st Floor and does not have lift so people who have any issue with climbing stairs might want to stay away. If that is not an issue, go for this place without hesitation especially those looking for a stay near RN Tahore, Aditya Shankar Netralay, peerless Hospital, etc.

One of the best stays in Kolkata so far. Mehul is a great host and very humble. The stay is amazing,clean and peaceful.
