A wonderful spot for our extended family getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach. The Pavilions is 5 stars all the way - beautiful location, super comfortable, squeaky clean and everything you need at your fingertips, including a brilliant kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We lazed by the open fire by night, and spent our days lying in the winter sun on the deck and north facing backyard. It’s a short stroll to the beach and many other beautiful walking spots and scenic vantage points too. Highly recommend.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay! We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for, a nice getaway that made you feel disconnected and relaxed. The property is set up perfectly to bring your dog, with the secure area around the villa that allows them to explore without worry. Zoe the resident dog is also great host and very welcoming, she would come a visit each day to make sure that we were comfortable. She was very friendly and got along well with our dog, she even came along with us for one of our walks and showed us the way. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return one day, thankyou Kylie for being a great host!

Great place to stay, the open plan bedroom and bathroom was luxurious, we are a sold couple and fit in the bath together which was cool! Kept very warm and toasty with the gas fire place :) thanks for a beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect — peaceful and scenic with stunning views of the lake that made for the most relaxing mornings and evenings. The home itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable and stress-free getaway. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the area, this place is ideal. Highly recommend and would definitely come back. Alex was great at responding to any questions and accommodating to our requests!

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

This was a last minute find for us but it was just amazing. There were 3 ensuites and 1 main bathroom which made the stay for 4 of us couples with kids amazing. The living space was huge with a very comfortable couch, I only wish the TV was a bit bigger. The outdoor areas are well equipped with sufficient seating and spots to relax and enjoy. The house was clean however had a few cobwebs underneath dining chairs and some really big spiders roaming about but other than that it was spotless.

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

Family villa @ Magenta is a lovely gem. Located in a great location so it is easy to walk to all the pools, beach and facilities but very peaceful. The villa has been freshly painted and a renovated bathroom, everything you need for a great stay is provided. Highly recommended!

Blue Abbey had absolutely exceeded our expectations - the place was second to none! The whole home was kitted out with everything you could have needed and more. Belinda was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. Short walk to the main beach and restaurants. Ideal location!

We stayed at Nicola’s place for five nights and we had the best time. The area is so peaceful and beautiful and it was the absolute best kitted out Airbnb. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We made use of all the beach gear everyday - snorkels, paddle boards, fishing rods you name it! It was also easy to feed 9 of us as the kitchen and bbq area was so well set up. It was also terrific for the kids as there were so many games and activities for them to do thanks to Nicole and David. We will definitely be back and recommending this gem to our friends and family.

Great place to stay when visiting hunter valley! Visiting in June and really enjoyed the sunsets from the villa. The view in general was amazing; saw birds, kangaroos and some hot air balloons in the mornings. The place was perfect for two couples as both bedrooms had en-suites. We made one meal in the kitchen, it was functional and well stocked. We rented bicycles from Sutton estate which was available at the reception of leisure inn, very convenient. Would definitely stay again and can recommend!

Nice apartment on the vineyard. Well equipped with beautiful views from the deck. Lovely swimming pool and bonus complimentary wine and olive tasting! You can also walk between 2 other wineries and there are other good ones 5 min drive plus a dairy farm! Nice to stay in a new part of the hunter away from the heavily touristy vineyards.

Fantastic location and spotless accommodation! The property was very clean and neat. Beds were comfy and Morpeth only a two min drive away. The only downside was the noisy fridge which could be heard over the TV and with bedroom doors closed. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The Villa was so awesome. The photos don’t do it justice! You can walk back from the clubhouse after dinner and playing golf. This host goes above and beyond. Im coming back in June!

We had a lovely stay at One Mile Ridge. The kids loved the infinity pool & spa! The villa was clean and conveniently located within a short drive of beaches and shops.

This was our 2nd stay here, we love it. Fits our family, great pools and tennis court.

We stayed at Jo’s place with my sisters’ family, 4 adults and 3 kids. The property was perfect for us. The 2 main rooms had 2 king sized, comfortable beds and clean bedding. The large loft style area was perfect for the kids, it was set up as 3 single beds and they had their own space to play. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen, laundry and bathroom necessities. There were also books and games available for our use which was really handy. The heated pool was close by, just a short walk up from the property and the water was perfectly warm. We used the pool and spa every day even though it was raining on and off during our stay, as it was covered and very comfortable temperature. Jo provided lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We kept it a pretty chill couple of days with the rain, but would love to explore more the next time we visit. Check in/out was very flexible and instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again!
