Set on a picturesque farm and attached to the main house, The Annex is a 3 bedroom property with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and open dining area as well as a large living space with an electric log effect burner. We are located in peaceful countryside with plenty of rural walks, cycle tracks, wildlife and only 10 minutes drive from Ryde Pier and Beach.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This pretty cottage was the former Coach House and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House which dates back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has private parking opposite. This cottage is next door my other listing Cosy Stable Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We love being part of the atmosphere of the world famous Cowes. We have two bedrooms, one with a lovely big cosy super king the other is a double with a single bunk above it. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need along with the furnished living / dining room with TV and fast internet access.
