Waterfront holiday rentals in Newport

We stayed here in this unspoilt part of paradise for 4 nights and everything that we experienced from location, weather and amenities of the home were beyond our expectations and made our time here very memorable. Highly recommend Anne's place for a very relaxing and peaceful time away. Thank you Anne for your communication before, during and after our stay.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

I booked Amanda's place for a mini-retreat and the place was ideal: stunning views (consistent with description & photos), beautiful interior, functional amenities, high quality supplies (bathroom & kitchen), very comfortable and tasteful furniture, relaxing atmosphere, good heating & excellent window coverings (i.e., blinds) and best towels, ever. I would certainly come back. Amanda was an excellent host. Instructions were clear ; timely and well communicated. I appreciated the early check-in upon request and the access to the rooftop area for peaceful viewing of the surroundings. I've visited during winter but would highly recommend her place all year round. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Peaceful location with a beautiful view, just as shown in the photos. A tranquil 18 minutes walk to the Manly Ferry Wharf. It’s the bottom floor of an older duplex apartment, which was well-cleaned and cozy. The pull out bed in the sitting room was also extremely comfortable. Though we never met Melodie, she was incredibly helpful and responsive via messages, and was able to quickly answer any queries that we had. Thankyou for the lovely stay!

Everything was exceptional!!! No need to watch tv when you have that view. Simply stunning. Lots of amenities, clean and comfortable Only negative.. parking is free on street from 4pm till 10am. Then has to be moved every two hours So we had to pay to leave our car for the duration of our stay at the Luna park carpark @ $50 per day Just for future guests reference..

Shona's place is a true gem for those wanting to stay in Woy Woy. A beautifully homely apartment that feels like a true Airbnb and not a corporate hotel. We loved staying in this comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely big bath. The bedroom was beautiful and comfortable as well. The garage space is also fantastic for those who have a vehicle. Highly recommend anyone to stay in this apartment.

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

Words cant describe the Pagoda Point house George built, Patrick and Liam (contact on the river) could not of been more helpful in explaining the house and many of its features. We sat around the fireplace all afternoon, then watched the sunset. The house is tucked away overlooking the river with no neighbours near you. It was 10 minutes to the Brooklyn bridge 15 minutes to Berowra Waters ferry. 5 minutes to Petes Bite restaurant. I have travelled around the world and I have never stayed in such a amazing house with the most amazing views.

The photos do not do the view justice. was so very relaxing to be on the water and just a few minutes walk to Jibbon beach.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Shelly’s place was perfect and we loved our stay for a family get together. We loved relaxing by the fire and dining out on the huge main deck while the kids explored the beach below. Stunning views from this beautiful home. The beds were also super comfy.

Paradise found! Alison was the most gracious and accommodating host. The place itself was heaven! So peaceful and relaxing looking out over the water from every room. The fireplace was a highlight as were the views. This place is a true gem and we felt very lucky to have been able to stay there. The kitchen is well equipped and the wine fridge is perfect for those who don’t want to cart their own up the steps. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet and cosy place and love being by the water this place is for you. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay — the perfect getaway from the city. The place is surrounded by nature, full of peace and quiet, and absolutely beautiful. The photos truly don’t do it justice! Everything is well taken care of, clean, and thoughtfully designed with lovely details. There are also plenty of water activities to enjoy, which made the experience even more fun and memorable. You can really feel the love that went into creating this space. It helped us disconnect, recharge, and truly relax.

It was great location(you can go anywhere easily from the airbnb) and host sunny was so nice! Helped use to early check in, Always caring us when we need help or somethint. Room is so cozy and beautiful for sure, everything was clean. Our family enjoyed stay here, beautiful mermories we made! Thank you so much! 100% would like to stay here again if I come back to Sydney!

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We stayed at Daniel’s place as a family with 2 young kids. We had a long drive to get there and arrived late so I couldn’t quite work out the check in instructions I messaged Daniel and he replied instantly helping me through it! Lovely large apartment directly across from the beach. Lovely location a bit quieter than the other end but a short walk to everything. There’s a few flights of stairs which we were aware of prior to booking, was a bit tricky with the kids prams and stuff but to be expected! I can’t fault the Airbnb and loved how responsive and welcoming Daniel was :) Bonus that there’s garaged parking big enough for a 4WD. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

Place was great, had everything you need and each bedroom having its own bathroom pretty much makes things very convenient. Only problem was with the internet, had a friend that was going to use it to study but it wasnt good enough it was around 6 mbps download on a bad time and 12 mbps at its best i found. When asked about it, never got a response about it.

Great place in an awesome location. Extremely easy instructions for getting in, clear and helpful instructions in the apartment. Views are amazing and the apartment is extremely well equipped. Perfect for our family stay over the long weekend.

This is one of the best Air BnB’s we have stayed at. The apartment was really spacious and full of light, clean and all the amenities you would need. It had loads of toys and books that the kids felt right at home. There was even a baby bath. Shower was lovely and powerful. The location is perfect, 2 mins walk and you are right in the water front and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The ferry terminal is also a short walk from the apartment to take you in to Sydney Circle Quay. We had stayed in CBD a previous trip but I definitely preferred Manly. Really chilled out vibe, beaches but still close to sights in city centre. Would really recommend these hosts and this apartment it had everything you would want in a holiday home.
