Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

A great place to stay! If you’re looking to spend a lot of time in Newport I would suggest something a little closer, as Ubers were very expensive. But it was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool and hot tub!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

Our stay was amazing! Adrienne was great she responded fast whenever we messaged her. We had a wind storm and she came right out to replace an umbrella that broke. She told us about some local events during our stay. The home was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and easy to find, she even had it all labeled. Everything about this place was just amazing. We will be staying again. Our family all loved it.

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

We had an amazing stay! The house was gorgeous, comfortable, and incredibly clean. Plus, it was in a great location, it only took us a few minutes to drive to downtown Newport. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area!

Rachael's place is a fantastic oasis. The home is beautiful and quiet. Super easy fast check-in, spotlessly clean, clean hotel-grade towels and amenities, and little thoughtful extras that made everyone in our party happy. An excellent all-around experience.

The space was very clean and minimal, just as described. It’s perfect for anyone who appreciates simplicity and a clutter-free environment. A peaceful and comfortable stay.

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Rayvon’s place was perfect for a quick getaway. Very clean, well-kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Rayvon was a great host.

We had 7 ladies stay at Kate's place for a wonderful, picture perfect, coastal Bachelorette weekend! The house could not have been more perfect. While it is a little tough to find at first, once you are there and inside, it is amazing! The kitchen and living space are expansive and have plenty of seating. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet and dresser storage in each AND there are individual AC units in every room, which was appreciated on a hot weekend. The backyard is a little oasis and beautiful, we even did a private yoga session outside. This was definitely one of the best equipped Air Bnb's I have ever stayed in and would recommend it again and again. It is only a short distance from downtown Newport and local Middletown spots are minutes away. This is an amazing house for a girls trip!

The Anna Pell house exceeds the description from the host. There were 4 bedrooms upstairs, one of which included a full size crib. It was perfect for kids, and the location could not be beat. They’ve also done recent work to the yard where there’s a patio with new furniture and a perfect place for kids to explore.

We had a great stay! the location is perfect, walking distance to plenty of restaraunts and the beach. We had a quick weekend stay but it had everything we needed. neighbors were nice. house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

What can I say! Perfect experience, soup to nuts. Jenny was gracious and thoughtful. We have stayed on the island once before and we didn't quite realize how cumbersome it might be to get more supplies once we were there last summer. If you stay at Jenny's place-- she's got you covered. Forget your shampoo -- not to worry! I've never stayed in a home where the host so generously shared the little things. Fantastic place for kids. Comfy! Games! Views! I went over my budget in booking this place and it was worth every penny. The golf cart!! The beach chairs! Soft beds. CLEAN. Loved the kitchen. If you choose Jenny's place, you can leave your worries behind and just show up. I mean-- bring your supplies for sure-- but you don't have to carry the board games on your back and the bottled water. She's got you SET UP!! Enjoy.

Beautiful and cozy house. Felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. It had so many amenities and came with a book full of recommendations. Instructions and rules were clear and well communicated. Very responsive host!

We had a great stay at Justin’s place - it’s highly walkable (restaurants/bars, Cliff Walk, and beaches) and very quiet since it’s at the end of a dead end street! Very clean as well. And an extra bonus: it’s literally right next to St George’s track in case you want to run a few 400s during your stay.

We cannot say enough things about this gorgeous rental. Stayed for 2 nights for a mom’s weekend away and it was absolutely perfect. The house is immaculate and brand new. The decor is delightful. Everything was comfortable and very well thoughtful. Phone chargers next to all the beds and couch. Top notch appliances. Plenty of living space. Beautiful fenced in yard with patio furniture and an umbrella. 3 spacious bedrooms and a bonus bunk area. 2 full bathrooms with amazing water pressure. Cozy beds. It felt like home! Jordan was responsive, helpful, kind and went over and above. There was a lovely basket of snacks and goodies to enjoy. The location was perfect. Far enough away from the busy nightlife but close enough to plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. I would highly highly recommend this stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice clean home with good amenities! Centrally located. Very responsive host. We spent most of our trip in the house and were very happy with it. The outdoor space could use a clean-up (the grill was a bit rusted but we used it with tin foil and the chairs and awning weren’t in great shape). The kitchen was very well-stocked. Everything was clean. Would certainly stay here again.
