Beautiful building and apartment. Nhung is an outstanding hostess. We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

Loved our stay even though it was only short! The view is beautiful and the room is so pretty. The amenities like the big TV, small kitchen and bathtub were perfect and the bed was very comfortable! Hope to be back soon!

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The place is just awesome and the host is so much helpful that from early check in request to late checkout request and post checkout help in getting my luggage stored for my convenience is so much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Great stay and responsive host.

Hosts always respond quickly and provide quick assistance. The room is clean and consistent with the picture, but the bed is a bit cheap, so it was uncomfortable to spread my luggage because my back hurt and there was no table in the room. It is very convenient because it is close to Midding, a Korean town, and there are both markets and restaurants in the building.

The place has everything we needed. Its location is perfect with a lot of coffee shops in the area. The hosts are also very helpful.

It is ver near My Dinh, Hanoi. Lots of Korean restarants and shops are within 5 minute by walk. Great city view if you stay 15th floor and above, especially at night. The rooms, the kitchen, and the toliets are clean and well managed. Free Wi-fi and TV. You can watch Netflix or Youtube during your stay.

I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in as a long term guest in Hanoi! I stayed here for about 5 weeks, and would definitely recommend this Airbnb for people who are going to be staying in Hanoi for a long period of time. Linh and her colleagues were responsive and took care of any questions or issues I had. They also provide free weekly cleaning services for long term guests! Nearby, there is a mall with a supermarket, many other shops and a gym that is a five minute walk away.

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.
