-This place is on the alley that just takes you 1 minute walking to the main street (150meters) - this studio is on the 1st floor of the building and it has two ways to access : one stairway inside the building and and one private staircase at its balcony outside to go up to the studio . -This cozy studio provided all you need that makes you feel like at home . - The kitchen that is fully stocked with coffee, tea, and kitchen appliances that you can easy to prepare for your own meal. - the queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. - the balcony outside which you can smoke and have a fresh air. . it just takes you some steps into the Bui Vien street where is crazy, crowded , and famous for backpackers. All equipment and facilities are provided for your usage and the apartment's keys upon arrival for 24/24h access. - when you check in , you have to give me your passport information because of Vietnamese policy -you are feel free to ask me anytime when you need something or some tourist information , i would like to help you as much as I can to make you feel good during your stay in my place Set in Downtown, the house is steps away from a variety of coffee shops, street food vendors, and restaurants. There are a great number of landmarks and museums close by. - 5mins walking to Bui Vien -Pham Ngu Lao street ( backpacker area) - 15mins walking or 5mins by taxi to get to Ben Thanh market , Fine art museum , Saigon square ... - 10mins by taxi to Notre Dame Catholic Church, Central post office , Independence palace This house is in the small alley that take you 1 minute to get to the main street ( 150 meters)

This is a rooftop terrace room (5th floor with staircases only) - total floor 50m2. It is bright & airy. The neighbourhood is well established with restaurants, bars, bookshop, supermarkets and traditional markets, swimming pool, buses, and cinemas. This is also our home and we are normal Vietnamese people. We welcome you with open arms and respect guests' privacy/space. We would like you to feel at home here. PS: To cope with the pandemic, the terrace was turned into a vegetable garden.
