We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Kim’s place was wonderful. And Kim was a great host. My wife has extreme dust allergies and the place was rather dusty when we arrived. They sent a cleaner quickly to remedy it. The clothes dryer was also broken when we arrived and replaced the next day. We dealt with a power outage the day before we left that impacted the entire block. Kim responded quickly, kept us updated and sent LED lanterns. The morning we checked out, we lost power again, just our unit. In the confusion we left behind something small and Kim let us know she had it, and mailed it to our next location several hours away. lol and her team were wonderful hosts, the power outages were disappointing but their response was positive. Thanks Kim!

located right amidst the hustle bustle we stayed at Huys place, and the hosts were very gracious. They allowed us to check in early and when we had a slight inconvenience, they met amends and went out of their way to help us and make sure we had a comfortable stay. I'm not sure alot of people would do the same, but huy and Kim for that matter were quick with their responses and quick with solutions to ensure our stay at saigon was fab. The property doesn't have a lift and would be a task for some, but nevertheless they send helpers to help with luggage and that just goes to show how much they care for the customers who've chosen to stay with them. would definitely recommend. 😊👍

Tom’s place is absolutely beautiful and elegantly designed. Located on the 28th floor, it offers stunning city views. It’s just a short walk from Bui Vien Street, making the location super convenient. Totally worth what we paid and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable — everything you could ask for in a home away from home. It’s located in the iconic Cafe Apartment building, which makes it super easy to find and adds a unique charm to the experience. Virgo was a fantastic host — extremely responsive and proactive in answering all our questions, not just about the apartment but also with great tips on sightseeing and things to do around the city. The location is unbeatable. Right on the prime walking street, you’re just a 10-minute walk away from everything you could need — cafes, shops, landmarks, and more. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely come back!

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

The accommodation was tidy and quiet, so I had a good rest during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this bnb. It’s very private, but you can still venture outside and walk around to places. It’s very clean and has a beautiful pool and gym that I hardly saw anyone use. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️
