I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay. Suitable for multiple people, Truc is very friendly and responds quickly The bathroom is clean, the shower has a large flow of water and plenty of hot water, and the large flow of water will accumulate water but will quickly recede. The bed has no odor, the room is neat and clean, and each air conditioner is super cool! Fully equipped, no problem cooking supper, and eggs and bread and water are provided. In the alley, it is quiet and safe at night, and it is very easy to call a car! The house is a bit old, but it is well maintained. Overall, it is a very good place to stay. Recommended!

I'm grateful for the precious time I was lucky to be able to spend time in such a wonderful accommodation. Thanks to the luxurious interior with the sensibility of Manhattan, New York, and the open ceiling structure, I was able to feel the relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere. Due to its duplex structure, the upper and lower floors are separated, and the natural light coming in through the wide windows makes the space bright and warm. The modern furniture and the sensuous lighting were also very impressive, and the quality of the sofa and bed was especially high, so I was able to rest comfortably. The location was also very accessible, and it was very convenient to access major tourist attractions, restaurants, and cafes. If you take Grab, you can move within 10 to 15 minutes, and there are grocery stores and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to shop. The cleanliness was also excellent, and the towels and bedding were kept as clean as new. I really liked the most basic accommodation condition. The host was also very friendly and responsive, so he helped me quickly whenever I had questions or requests. The check-in process was simple and systematic, so I was able to use it without any difficulties. It was the best accommodation that made a wonderful time in Saigon. I was very satisfied in all aspects, from style, location, convenience, cleanliness, and the host's response. I would like to recommend it to those who dream of a relaxing city trip in a sensational Manhattan-style space. It was the perfect place that made our time in Saigon truly wonderful. Everything—from the style, location, convenience, cleanliness, to the host's responsiveness—was exceptional. Great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and pretty cool decor. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the free laundry service is very useful. Free coffee and water as well in the lobby. I would recommend this place and will be coming again.

It was really great time to stay in David Tran’s residence. So clean and cozy. I recommend to stay his residence and I am definitely come back his residence next time.
