My mom and I were looking for a quiet and affordable place close to the beach. Leah's place turned out to be exactly what we needed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a beautiful public beach less than a 5 min walk from the place. Leah was quick to respond to our questions and was always helpful. We would love to come back some day!

The Bow House is a gem in a quaint NE town! It is beautifully decorated and everything about it is top notch! Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The back yard is very private. In addition to the nearby walkable beach there are lots of shops and restaurants, even a children’s museum. Marcus was very responsive. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home in Niantic!

Danielle and Mike's houseboat is a complete gem. The boat is beautifully decorated, and I had everything I needed for my stay. The little deck was the perfect relaxation spot, especially for bird watching....so many little families of geese. Loved the fish light at night!!!! The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, and it was so nice to have a full bath in the container. I made use of the fire pit the second night. So nice to have a fire going looking at the river. I will definitely be back a little this year!!! It was the exactly recharge I needed. Thank you Danielle and Mike, the most stress free "stuck" boaters 😆
