Had such an amazing and cozy stay here! 😍 The place looks exactly like the pictures, and out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, I really love how the host designed this one, super homey and full of charm. I even got inspired by the design! 😋 The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a 10/10 stay! 👍🏻

We booked this Airbnb to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The place has a lovely design and cozy ambiance, and the private pool made the celebration even more fun. Kulim, like much of the Northern Region of Malaysia, can get quite hot, so I really appreciated that Mr. Akmal had turned on the air conditioning before our arrival. The place was cool and comfortable the moment we stepped in a very thoughtful gesture. Mr. Akmal was a great host friendly, responsive, and honest. He informed us about a small issue beforehand, which I truly appreciated. His transparency and attentiveness made the whole experience even better. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended!

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.

很喜欢的一套民宿，很出片，没有靠近主路，晚上很安静，只是早上5点开始附近清真寺会有诵经，这个估计老城的民宿都很难不面临这个问题。早上步行10分钟就可以去姓氏桥看日出，壁画街也在附近10分钟步行距离。有三个卧室两个卫生间，很适合大家庭或朋友组队。去二楼的楼梯略有一些陡，我爸妈70+也可以上下，没问题的。入住的时候有管家帮忙把行李搬上楼，离开的时候还给我们延迟到2点退房。房间空调是松下的，冷气很给力，这在闷热的槟城显得尤为重要。房间有两个卫生间两个冲淋房，一个在一楼，一个在二楼。二楼的冲淋房和洗手间在户外露台上，需要通过一扇门才能抵达，晚上略微不便，亲测附近还算安全，晚上去露台没有问题。

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The host clearly put a lot of thought and care into the design — the house is beautifully decorated and truly feels like a home. It looks exactly like the photos: clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Located in a residential area, the house is quiet and peaceful, yet still convenient. There are some local homes nearby that sell food, which was a pleasant surprise. The house can comfortably fit two parked cars and has all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and three bathrooms with showers — perfect for a group or family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained place to stay!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The house is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. With three toddlers in tow, we truly appreciated how much room they had to roam freely indoors. The big compound was a bonus — we brought inflatable pools and the kids had a blast ! The interior is beautiful and cosy, perfect for our gathering with friends. There was plenty of space to hang out and catch up. Everything was spotless — the whole place was very clean and well maintained. Parking was hassle-free even though we came with four cars. The price was a great deal for what we got. Eric was a responsive and helpful host, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We had zero issues throughout our stay. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in every room — especially for the ladies getting ready 😊 Other than that, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. We had a comfortable stay at BK's place. The house was very nice, huge and could nicely house a big family like ours. We will not hesitate to repeat staying at his homestay whenever we go to Bukit Mertajam and vicinity. Thank you BK for your hospitality :)

i think ive stayed here four times now. great place and location. its tranquil in a busy area. i only wish i rained when I stayed again as it's wonderful when it does. serves me right for coming in the dry times.
