Holiday rentals with beach access in Niceville

This place is really lovely.Everything is in there for comfortable staying.Stores and restaurants are around.Gorgeous pool.Beach is 10 mins by car.

1000/10 it’s was absolutely amazing. This is the only Airbnb I found that would give me and my bf a chance at 18 y/o every other Airbnb you have to be at least 21. It’s in the middle of Destin. So every little thing was no more than a 10 min drive. The beach is walkable but you can also pay $0-$6 for parking (depending on which part you wanna park) it’s was clean and absolutely everything we needed for an Airbnb. They even had a little guide of stuff to do. Something that I didn’t see was that it’s on the 3rd floor. (Which we didn’t have a problem with it but someone might) Everything was clean. The pool goes as deep as 5ft so it’s not a little kiddie pool with only 3ft max. Parking was open plenty of space to park. I probably won’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Destin. Not to mention Destin is kinda cheap. We did so much stuff in a week because it’s wasn’t a million $$ to do something fun. STAY HERE! She was so kind from the first message till the last!

Stayed at this apartment and honestly, it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better — just a straight 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are all super close. The apartment itself was really comfortable. One thing I appreciated the most was how great the sleeping setup was. In Florida, it’s either too hot or freezing from the AC, but here everything felt just right. The ceiling fans in every room were a great touch — made the whole place feel fresh and breezy. The design of the apartment was really nice, cozy but modern. We were a group of four, including a 4-year-old, and it felt super safe and comfortable for all of us. The pool was also great — not crowded at all, even in June. Lots of parking available and super easy access from the garage to the elevator. Would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be booking again next time!

This is our second year in a row staying in 612! We’ll never stay in another condo! The room is perfect for our family. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful location. Host is friendly and very helpful !!

We only stayed here 1 night (a last minute add on to our vacation), but we could have stayed here many more! The location is great with an easy walk to the beach and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and responsive! It is the perfect place for a couples weekend get away. Great kitchen, spacious bedroom, and very cute! I also loved having the back patio to relax on. Everything is just like the photos! We definitely want to come back and stay for longer!

Very beautiful, clean place to stay. See the water right from your balcony! Kitchen is perfect for easy meals and of course the coffee maker is the best part! Clean bathroom, full shower, BIG TV too with surround sound. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay for 2! Easy walk to the beach, clean and updated space. Thankfully there were beach chairs (either leftover from another guest or from the hosts) that we were able to use as well. Would return :)

The home was incredible and everything we were hoping for and more! The neighborhood was very peaceful and we enjoyed walking around in the early mornings. Victor is a great host, very friendly and happy to provide helpful recommendations.

Love this place! This is our 2nd time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we come to the area. The house is big and beautiful inside and out, the views are amazing and if you have a boat or jetskis you're a 15-20 minute ride from crab island. Kent is a great host and is very responsive! Thanks again, we'll be back!

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

Home was very neat and clean! Would definitely stay again if we’re back in Fort Walton.

Our family has stayed here several times. The house is lovely, well taken care of, in a quiet location and most important to us ...close to family. Nancy is a marvelous host, flexible when needed.

Doug's place is one if the only listings we've seen that has a perfect 5 star rating with multiple reviews, and now we know why. Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and spacious and was in a great location close to everything, while having privacy from big crowds. The dock was great and fun to fish and enjoy the view. Doug was probably the most accommodating host we've ever met and treated us like family. He set us up for fishing with bait and equipment, gave us recommendations, and was in constant contact with us making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great trip and stay. Doug was the best host we've ever had anywhere. Will definitely return.

Reginas place was extremely beautiful, inviting, and most importantly comfortable. We really enjoyed the keyless entry as it was very convenient. The beach is right across the street & the views from the balcony are stunning. We really enjoyed sitting out on tbe balcony in the evenings. The kids loved not only the beach, but the pool and hot tub on site too. All the amentities provided such as laundry pods, snacks, a whole chest full of beach necessities, beach chairs, etc. You need it? Reginas got it. We so much enjoyed our stay in Destin and hope to return in the future.

The Shanty was quaint and had lots more than I bargained for. Had corn hole, kayaks, fishing gear, and more! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and sparkly! The beds were very comfy! Loved that I could bring my fur baby and she could roam around leash-less. Will be sure to book again!!!

This condo is so close to the beach. We used the beach umbrella and chairs that were provided by the host. But for $30 there is a beach service that will set up chairs for you. We stayed here with two kids. We enjoyed the pool and pickle ball courts as well. I booked this condo last minute because our original place cancelled unexpectedly. I was a little disappointed by the view when I arrived because the bay is pretty far away and our original place had a ocean view. On our last night we were surprised by a firework show on the bay. You could not ask for a better view of the fireworks. It was the perfect way to top off our trip. Tip: Walk to the jetty and take a right. Keep walking till you get to the next beach. That is where boats take their guests for snorkeling tours. So many fish and a great place for kids as long as you don't go out too far because it gets deep quickly.

The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. We had an awesome stay! The unit was spotless and beautiful. It was well stocked and an added bonus was the chairs and wagon we could borrow for beach time. The location is awesome and within walking distance to several great restaurants. Stanton checked in multiple times to make sure it was a great experience, which it was! We would highly recommend!

Karen and Tim’s place was great! The beach towels were a plus! Our favorite was the private beach access….the beach cart was a huge help! The water taxi was very easy to use. I loved how responsive Karen was and all of their recommendations were great! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.
