Accommodates 4 people, on the second floor, one bedroom with a double bed, closet included, and another with two single beds, with a dresser. Bright 27m2 cabin located on the patio of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, nearby there is a supermarket and a restaurant area. It is a 10-minute walk from La Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. 5 blocks away, the bus passes by to the coast (Niebla). Tourist accommodation: It is not rented monthly at any time of year.
