Apartment holiday rentals in Niguarda, Milan

Lucia was wonderful. She greeted me at the door and helped me use the app for the first time to gain access to the apartment. After that, everything was much easier. The place is quiet and overlooks a patio, and it is within walking distance of Niguarda Hospital and the Metro Line 5 station, Ca' Granda, which is just 15 minutes from the city center. The apartment is fully renovated and well-equipped.

Good location in a peaceful area, would definitely stay here again on my return to Milano!! Grazie mille guys

Wir fanden die Unterkunft gut mit Google Maps. Micol gab uns tolle Vorschläge für Parkmöglichkeiten, welche wir sofort in Betracht zogen. Wir hatten mit viel Glück einen Parkplatz ein paar Meter vom Eingang entfernt. Die Anleitung von Micol war sehr verständlich und Schritt für Schritt aufgelistet und somit fanden wir ganz einfach das Appartment. Es ist wie auf den Fotos: stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Besser, als in einem Hotel! Unklarheiten wurden mit den Anleitungen, die im Appartement lagen geklärt und somit fehlte es uns an nichts. Die Wohnungstüre überraschte uns positiv und ich freute mich über die elektrischen Rollos, die wirklich dunkel machen. Der Aldi war einen kurzen Fussmarsch vom Appartement entfernt und auch die Metro, die direkt zum Dom fährt, war in der Nähe. Andere Sehenswürdigkeiten waren einen ausgiebigen Spaziergang entfernt. Wir sind viel gelaufen und konnten somit viel von Mailand entdecken und sehen. Ich empfehle das Appartement sehr gerne weiter.

Rosellin apartman je savršen izbor za boravak u Milanu i toplo ga preporučujem svima koji planiraju posjet ovom gradu. Stan se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u neposrednoj blizini metro stanice, što omogućava brz i jednostavan pristup svim dijelovima grada – tačno kao što je navedeno u opisu. Smještaj je izuzetno udoban, besprijekorno čist i opremljen svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Posebno bih istaknuo da sam se u stanu osjećao kao kod kuće, što je za mene čini posebno vrijednim iskustvom.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The area is full of restaurants, markets, and cafes. Tatiana was responsive and provided a thorough guide book of the area. Great stay in Milan!

La mia famiglia si è trovata benissimo, Davide è stato un ottimo host. La casa è bella e in un'ottima posizione, sia per utilizzare i mezzi sia per andare a piedi in centro

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

Martina’s place was great value for money. To start off - we were able to leave our bags earlier than the intended check-in time which was great. The place was spacious, well-furnished and had all the listed amenities. The snacks the host left us were a nice bonus. The check-in was seamless, no issues there. The location is super, lots of places to eat around. 10 min walk from bus 60, which goes to Milano Centrale (or a 25-30 min walk), 10-12 min walk to the metro station. Would book again if returning to Milano.

We stayed a few days. Lovely place near restaurants and coffee shops. A few minutes walk to the Metro. Highly recommended

Location location location… easy to get to . Just 4 stops from the centrale station … we enjoyed staying here . I recommend for anyone that want and easy to get to place . Very friendly host . Thank you for your hospitality.

Great apartment. Exactly as described. We were worried that it might be noisy, but it was really quiet at night, and we couldn't hear any street noise. Everything in the apartment worked well. The air conditioning was particularly good as it was 34 degrees when we stayed. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The metro is a 1-minute walk away, and there are some incredible restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily return again.

We didn't meet Alessio in person, but that wasn't a problem. He offered super good video instructions, so that no question remained unanswered. Alessio was always available for us and answered always immediately. The apartment was absolutely clean, we felt comfortable. As a welcome gift, there was water, cola and snacks. That was exactly what we needed after the exhausting journey. There is a supermarket nearby. You can easily get to the city by public transport. We definitely would recommend Alessios place.

Antonio is a great host, he was helpful and responsive anytime I reached out to him no matter what time. There's nothing I can complain about as he was very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Paolo und die Co-Hosts sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen sehr späten Check-in (nach 24h) und dieser wurde gegen eine kleine Gebühr ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und eine Teenagerin. Die Lage am nördlichen Rand des Zentrums ist top. Die Metro-Station Maciachini und Tram-Haltestelle sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Somit ist ganz Mailand easy zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist nicht mehr touristisch, was sich an den Preisen in den Restaurants sofort bemerkbar macht. Wir mögen diese Viertel. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung für einen Städtetrip.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was comfortable, well-kept, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

A really modern and spacious apartment with top end fixtures and fittings. Good size bedrooms and very comfy beds and lovely modern bathrooms with large showers. Very safe neighbourhood and great for walking to the exhibition centre where we were working but Metro link just around the corner. Great to have a decent supermarket right next door (literally). Our only gripes were the lack of sun in the outside spaces which were dark and shaded by upper floors and a lot of noise from early on coming from renovation project next door but no fault of Michele’s. Altogether a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at Marco’s home. The hosts were so kind in allowing us to check in early after a long flight. We had everything we needed and more to be comfortable in the home. There was easy access to public transportation and the home is close to must see spots in Milan. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants and communicated promptly. They were very accommodating! We would definitely return.

Wir, ein Ehepaar, waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Wir mögen große Wohnungen. Die Kommunikation mit Cristiana war sehr gut. Immer erreichbar. Der Empfang mit Martha war sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, sehr sauber und zentral. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 2‘ bei Carrefour Express, Via Torino, das Restaurant neben an nur zu empfehlen. Andere Restaurants in der Nähe.sind gut. Die Lage ist optimal. Wir blieben 8 Tage und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Das war eine tolle Woche. Danke

Upea asunto, jossa oli mukava viettää yhteistä aikaa. Keittiö ja terassialue soveltuvat hyvin yhteiseen oleskeluun. Ylimmältä tasanteelta hienot näkymät Milanon ylle, samoin paljusta Duomolle päin. Läheltä löytyy marketti ja metroasema pienen kävelymatkan päästä. Asunto vaikutti isommalta kuin kuvissa. Todella rauhallinen rakennus. Kodinhengetär oli ystävällinen ja antoi vinkkejä Milanossa oleskeluun. Oli luksusta, että hän kävi päivittäin siivoamassa. Laukut sai tuoda ennakkoon tai jättää uloskirjautumisen jälkeen muutamaksi tunniksi asuntoon. Tulisin uudelleen. Suosittelen!

The apartment is in a terrific location, an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as being centrally located for all the great sites and attractions of Milan. The apartment itself is fantastic. Very spacious and anyone who loves 20th century design will love it! Davide is a very responsive host, very helpful and quick to return messages, and Mario gave us a very warm welcome with all the information needed to make our stay and easy and enjoyable one.
