Holiday rentals with breakfast in Niguarda, Milan

Modern, clean and comfortable. We had a very good stay here. Check in was easy and friendly. The home is spacious and having 2 modern bathrooms was great. Good water pressure. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking, both in the lot next store and on the street. We didn't cook, but if we had, the kitchen had everything needed including cooking basics . The water and juice in the refrigerator were a wonderful treat as we arrived on a hot day! As far as location, it was a bit farther from the places I wanted to visit because I had not taken Milano traffic into consideration, but we liked the area. Center of town a 5 minute walk away and very pretty. A bar/pasticceria where we had breakfast each day on the same street. Alfa Romeo Museum 5 minute drive. To get to Milano we went to Mulino Dorino to take subway because parking was very inexpensive there. Overall, would definitely recommend this home.

I stayed at Fabrizio's place with my friends to attend the "Milan Classic Car" fair. The house has 3 bedrooms; 2 rooms have a private bathroom. Located in a quiet area and 10 minutes from the exhibition center. Top welcome. Clean and warm house. We felt right at home. Not to mention breakfast: plentiful and with very fresh brioche. They allowed us to park our cars inside the inner courtyard. Thanks again! We'll keep you in mind for next year.

Walking distance from lively areas and city center but tucked away from the noise, ~10 min walk to closest Metro. Sizable space and good wifi

The little house is very nice a stone's throw from the station in a very quiet small condominium fence. Located on two levels,the spaces have been organized and well divided. Mauro was very kind and was also available to organize himself according to our check-in times.

I stayed this weekend and I must say that I was extremely satisfied. Davide was a great host. Kind, friendly and always available for any of my needs. It's rare to meet people like that!! It made me feel at home!! Beautiful apartment, clean and well cared for in detail. Spaces are right for two. The area where the apartment is located is also beautiful. Close to everything, both on foot and a few minutes by car. Highly recommended!!! I'll definitely be back!!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the M1 making the city center easily accessible. We spent a few very pleasant days there.

I came to spend my birthday in Milano and stayed 4 nights at Elena’s apartment and it was the best decision. The place is very clean, spacious and the best location that you can find. It is walkable for all the famous attractions, all the cute restaurants around and all the clubs and rooftops bars was 10 min by uber. I highly recommend.

We had an incredibly good stay in Francesca's accommodation. The studio was very clean and all kinds of things were provided. Francesca gave us clear instructions to enter Come and she also gave us good tips to use public transport! I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone!

I stayed here with my sister and we loved it! The apartment is really close to the metro so it’s very easy to get around. Angelo was very quick to respond to messages and was very friendly. He gave helpful recommendations of places to eat and drink which was good. The kitchen and bathroom were good too with everything we needed. We loved staying here.

The accommodation is quiet, clean and well-equipped. Good location, close to the duomo by metro, a stone's throw from the accommodation. Giovanni was very responsive and accommodating about the arrival time. I would recommend it 100% 😊

The studio is really really cute and cozy with all the things Diana collected around the world, we adore them so much. We had two great nights staying there. Diana is very kind and always ready for helping, we appreciate it a lot.🙏❤️The traffic around is really convinient, its easy to go metro and tram in less than 7 mins.👍

Roberta's accommodation is a small, green, and quiet corner, the street is private so it is very quiet. The place is very clean and well-kept. You wake up to the chirping of birds. Roberta is very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

I had a great time staying at this place. Was very comfortable and low-key. The fridge and pantry was well stocked. And I may even stop by on the way back.

Lisa gave excellent instructions on how to get in with pictures and details. Totally automated without any need of meeting anyone to get in. Everything worked as it should and the shared bathroom was no trouble with the other guests, who I never even saw. Thank you so much Lisa.

Just a stellar stay with Stefania from beginning to end! She was kind, communicative, and responsive to messages; she was also all smiles checking us in and showing us around. The room itself was colorful and a delight to be in! Bathroom was clean and modern, all things felt well-kept and comfortable. There's a cute cafe nearby and a fenced (!!!!) park for children within walking distance. All was perfect for our stay and I can't recommend it enough! Would absolutely stay again. We had a great stay mara was amazing so helpful and accommodating left us breakfasts and drinks plenty of towels and toiletries balcony was beautiful only around a 6 minute walk from the metro station

We had the most wonderful stay here! Thank you so much to Lucia who was incredibly helpful and responsive. The property was stocked with water bottles, drinks, snacks and coffee, which was so thoughtful and really appreciated. The property is on the fourth floor but there is a lift and it was very clean and spacious.
