Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Niguarda, Milan

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Deutschland nach Rom und haben uns dazu entschieden eine Nacht in Milan zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation war schnell, einfach und freundlich. Das Apartment war genau so wie angegeben, meiner Meinung nach sogar größer als auf den Bildern. Man hat sich durch die helle Einrichtung & die Sauberkeit direkt wohl gefühlt. Da wir allerdings spät in der Nacht ankamen, haben wir nicht direkt einen Parkplatz finden können, hatten aber nach einigen Minuten das Glück, dass einer direkt vor der kleinen Gasse zum Apartment frei wurde. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, zudem ist Silvana auch eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat uns unseren Aufenthalt so einfach wie möglich gestaltet. :)

Ottimo alloggio comodo e spazioso. Comodo anche il posto auto accessibile da cancello ad apertura elettrica il tutto protetto dalla recinzione. Le istruzione e l'assistenza fornita da Maurizio sono stati soddisfacenti e puntuali.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent — it’s in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away. The room was very comfortable, with lots of natural light and a cozy atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the hot summer days. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying here during our time in Milan. It was very close to lots of good restaurants and lots of stores to go shopping!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement de Flavia. Le parking fermé est vraiment très appréciable et facile à trouver. Le logement correspond aux photos et il est très propre avec beaucoup de petites attentions. Le seul point négatif est le bruit dans la rue.

Mauro was a fantastic host. When we didn’t realise it was a public holiday and nothing was open. As we did not come with a car he offered to drive us to the next town to go to a supermarket. He also had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful. The apartment had everything we needed. A short walk to the bus stop which took us to the Monza train station with great links to Milan, Como, and we also went to Lugano in Switzerland from monza. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you Mauro 😊

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en el departamento y todo estuvo bien! La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de una estación de metro, barrio tranquilo. El depto es chico pero para 1/2 personas está perfecto. Enrica siempre estuvo muy atenta y amable, lo recomendamos!

Nausica was an excellent hostess! Her place was in a nice location and was spotless. I emailed her different times and she responded quickly. She even recommended great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks Nausica!

Andrea’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and it has a lovely private courtyard. Location is great, plenty of bars and restaurants walking distance, and close to a tube station. The apartment is also filled with all the necessary facilities - iron, hair dryer and cooking tools. Andrea was a great host, super responsive. We highly recommend his apartment to other guests!

Appartamento curato, pulito e confortevole nel quartiere Niguarda (vicino al tram 4 con il quale si raggiunge facilmente il centro). Host gentile e disponibile con cui è semplice comunicare per ogni evenienza.

Great place to stay! I was visiting Milan for a business trip and Lorenza’s place was in close proximity to where I needed to be. Any questions I had were answered. Lovely little place. Clean and a decent price. Thanks for a great stay!

El apartamento de David es precioso, con un balcón amplio, decoración nueva y todas las comodidades para una gran estadía. La zona es en las afueras de Milán pero muy accesible en transporte público y muy bien cuidada. David y su equipo fueron muy amables, respondieron en todo momento y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda nos alojaríamos nuevamente!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Elias. Nous avons trouvé l’appartement encore mieux que sur les photos et très confortable. Il est vraiment très bien équipé et super bien agencé pour 4 voyageurs ! La communication avec Elias était parfaite, il a été proactif et nous a donné plein de recommandations dans le quartier. L’appartement est plutôt éloigné du centre de Milan mais bien desservi par le métro et le tram, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé ! Nous recommandons

Rosellin apartman je savršen izbor za boravak u Milanu i toplo ga preporučujem svima koji planiraju posjet ovom gradu. Stan se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u neposrednoj blizini metro stanice, što omogućava brz i jednostavan pristup svim dijelovima grada – tačno kao što je navedeno u opisu. Smještaj je izuzetno udoban, besprijekorno čist i opremljen svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Posebno bih istaknuo da sam se u stanu osjećao kao kod kuće, što je za mene čini posebno vrijednim iskustvom.

We love Andrea’s place. This is the second time we have stayed there. It’s easy to find and very close to a metro stop. It’s very clean & stylish & has everything you need to be comfortable, including comfortable beds, good shower, coffee machine etc. Andrea is an excellent communicator, very helpful & sent very useful detailed instructions about how to get in. I’d stay at Andrea’s place again without hesitation

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna war wunderbar. Anna war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei all unseren Anliegen rasch behilflich sein können. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr hübsch eingerichtet und man fühlt sich in kürzester Zeit wie zu Hause.

We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was in a great location, only a short distance from the metro/bus and a great coffee shop/bakery. The apartment was very clean, looked just like the pictures, and since the check-in/check out process was independent, we had a lot of privacy. The instructions provided were great and easy to follow. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again next time I’m in Milan!

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el estudio de Iván. Está situado al lado de una parada de metro, muy bien comunicado. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, hay también aire acondicionado, que se agradece en Verano. Marta e Iván han sido disponibles en todo momento. Muy recomendable

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend
