Family-friendly holiday rentals in Niksic

Very cozy apartment, three full bedrooms, a large living room combined with a dining room and kitchen, a huge "balcony" or it is better to call a patio with sun loungers and a table. The whole setting is new, great expensive furniture and renovation. There is everything for a small child – a crib, a high chair. Two bathrooms, one with a second bathroom without. The apartment is located in a detached complex of 3 storey houses, its own parking lots, playground, barrier at the entrance. Guests and residents are mostly Russian-speaking. Mostly a family with kids. Very nice host and her assistant, always ready to help and provide everything you need. Thank you for a great stay. The sea is really 100 meters away, but you can hardly swim right there, entering the sea in algae. A large beach next to an abandoned hotel on another side of the village, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to it. There is a city beach closer, but it was very dirty. In general, Risan seemed dirty even for Montenegro. There is a beach in the direction of Perast, a good entrance to the sea, but there is almost no place to sit or lie down, there may be problems in the season. In general, along the sea in the area is predominantly concrete. Most of all we liked the beach in Perast from the side closer to Kotor, it is clean, pines grow, there is shade, Perast is 1.5-2 km, by car 5 minutes.

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Aneta&Zorica's place is dreamy. The views and setting are very nice. We were much of our entire stay on the terrace enjoying it. We recommend having a car for better mobility and access to the different points of interest in Kotor and Perast. The house was tidy and had everything that we needed. A single detail was the bathroom where the shower lost water when bathing and the toilet cover was loose. We had a misunderstanding with the wifi speed (not the one we were told) that was quickly fixed. Good willingness of the owners. I would definitely come back!

We had a great stay in Kostana’s house. The terrace is amazing and the location in the village is perfect, very central and close to stores, restaurants, beach and bakery. We absolutely loved staying in Risan, it’s a quiet village, not touristy. Don’t miss the Sunday market.
