Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nillumbik Shire

We had a great stay at Brunswick cottage. Great location close to both the airport and city. Greg is such a lovely host and even provided bread, milk, wine and a lovely selection of breakfast cereal and yoghurt. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need!! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend. Thank you !!!

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at David’s beautiful home. Can’t thank him enough he is very responsive and clear with instructions to get inside. Once you are inside it’s absolutely magical. Views are incredible and the house is just so perfect. Can not recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back again one day. 5 stars

This accomdation is magical and peaceful and well worth going too. From the moment you go through the door ambient music and freshly made bread and some bubbly await you! Absolutely loved our stay at Olinda Woods Retreat! Emma was incredible throughout every stage with excellent communication and going above and beyond. She included lovely breakfast provisions (also catering to dietary requirements). Emma's dad popped by to welcome us and did an incredible job making the gardens look immaculate! We had some photos taken for an elopement style wedding and were absolutely thrilled with the accommodation and gardens! Can't wait to return, hopefully for our 1 year anniversary next May!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Absolutely gorgeous little townhouse seperate and private from the main house. Melinda and Steve were gracious hosts and I recommend this house highly Would stay again

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

Craig & Maggie are friendly, responsive hosts. The loft was warm despite the cold weather, and we were welcomed with extra delicious goodies! The space is beautiful and comfortable, definitely recommended.

We loved staying at Michelle’s place. Michele made check in very easy for us and was flexible when it came to check out. Her place was at a great spot about 2 minute walk to a tram which you could catch into the city in 25 minutes. Thanks Michelle!

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Really beautiful little apartment and very reasonably priced. Well decorated and minimalist without feeling sterile. The only thing we found a bit annoying was the key pick up and drop off. If you have a car you can't get down to the carpark without the swipe (only ground floor) so then you have to wait for the store to open to drop the key off and hard to find a park near the shop to drop off, meaning I was a bit late to my morning appointment. I'm sure the host would have helped to find a solution if we had reached out. Overall though was perfect for our needs, loved the cafe right downstairs, would stay again.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Gatehouse. The accommodation is beautiful and we were so grateful for the exceptional breakfast provisions, the fire and also the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Gill was extremely responsive and superb in her communication with us. We walked into Olinda to the exceptional Citrine Bistro, and up to the Botanic Gardens, which is an easy five minute walk. We look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

Captain's retreat is a beautiful piece of heritage in the heart of Williamstown. the rooms are stunning confortable. Melissa is very welcoming and friendly. I'm definitely coming back. thank you 🙏

Was a great night definitely well worth it, such a lovely place with lovely local businesses and eateries, absolutely loved it even though it was only one night.

Great location, lovely ambience and very comfortable is how we would describe the place and our stay. Justin is a lovely person to talk to. And a great host.

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

I love staying at this little sanctuary . The gardens are beautiful as is the room amd I always feel so relaxed when I stay here. I visit my son who lives nearby and this is the perfect place for me to stay whilst travelling from interstate.

We had a lovely stay with Bronnie , the house is very spacious great views, a lovely big bathroom and the pool and hot tub are an added attraction. The do it yourself breakfast works well plenty of choice and a chance to mingle with other guests although when we stayed not many others were staying. Bronnie was a great host offering plenty of advise about local attractions to see and do.
