lovely place, away from the main tourist strip, very serene(but close enough if it's your vibe). Tien and her Mom are lovely. excellent communication, and the place is a super quaint vietnamese traditional house. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

The apartment is very well located, have a supermarket in the first floor, many restaurants close and gym. The apartment it self is great have everything you need as a house. We stayed for one month.

I used it for a family of 5 with Nha Trang. Since it was a self check-in method, it was comfortable to be able to check in at any time, and the condition of the room was also good. There was an issue with the lack of a light in the bathroom on the first day and a wifi issue, but the quick response and proper response from the host Tra solved all the issues that evening. It was a hassle to wash and use towels, but the host provided enough towels, so there was no inconvenience. When I checked in, I found a small ant in the fridge, but it wasn't a big problem. I rested well for 4 nights I rested.

Loved the place! Everything, whatever you need, is there: shower gel, soap, toothbrushes, pans, pots to cook, plates, mugs, all the cutlery you need, iron, working place, abundance of towels. You don’t need to worry about anything. The place is wonderful. The small balcony is perfect for having breakfasts and enjoying the view. The location is great as well as its walkable distance from the sea and restaurants, but it’s also quiet. The bed is comfortable to sleep. I can also admit that the place is very clean and organized. Highly recommend to stay. And the host is extremely prompt to answer. Thank you, Anna and people who work with her! :)

Joie is a charming and cheerful homestay. My friend and I were warmly welcomed and fully supported by the host, Hoài. The location is convenient, very close to the beach and near Vincom shopping center, with almost all essential services available. What I liked most was the chill evening feeling, sitting on the balcony with my friend, listening to music and enjoying some homemade ginger beer from Joie. It was truly impressive because before this, whenever I visited Nha Trang, I only stayed in hotels. Really love the vibe here and highly recommended!

This place has tons of room and lots of chill out spaces. The location is extremely convenient and not in a touristy area. Lots of great Vietnamese food options and cute cafes nearby. The locks on some of the interior doors were finicky and need replacement, we had the owner come fix it twice. The bathroom on the second floor is a bit small and stinky, but the other 3 bathrooms are much nicer. Owners helped us with coordinating drivers, bikes, and local recommendations. They also spruced up the house really nicely for Christmas. We had a really great time there. Thank you!

Fantastic view from the balcony. Apartment is comfortable. Just right size for 2 persons. Excellent location as it is just next to Lotte Mall and many nearby restaurants. Beach is within a3 minutes walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thảo. I recommend it. The room is clean, cozy, close to the sea and restaurants. There is a great pool (paid) on the 12A floor. The landlady was helpful and friendly.

Very large space and comfortable beds. It had a secure courtyard to park bikes which was important to me. The host was very responsive and always offering to provide any help needed. It is a little ways outside of the main downtown which for me was fine as the area was quiet and only a short ride in to downtown. Coffee shops and restaurants are only steps away. Overall a very positive experience.
