Reserved it for a bachelor trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the space. Bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL. Really enjoyed having multiple TVs everywhere too. Only a few minutes away from the restaurants we went for dinner.

Great place for the short time I stayed. Marcus was very helpful and responsive when I needed assistance or information about anything around the city. Def will book again

Nice spot and great accommodation for our group. Centrally located for transit to the quarter, frenchmen and the garden district. Spencer was attentive to a few messages I sent during our stay.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of NOLA! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in New Orleans. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. From the cozy beds to the kitchen, every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. The location was absolutely ideal. We were close enough to easily explore the French Quarter, Garden District, and all the local spots, but far enough away to relax in peace after a long day. Parking off street was nice, the neighborhood felt safe, and we loved proximity to nearby eateries and stores. Our host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. It’s clear they really care about creating a great experience for their guests. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting NOLA!

Beautiful home, with vaulted ceilings and historic look. Very open and clean. I trust to walk on bare floors without slippers haha Love the front and back balcony. Cute backyard at night with string lights and view of the city. Comfy beds and convenient front parking. My husband and I and our gaggle of kids, would love to book again in the future. Highly recommend.

Great location, comfortable beds. We were there for Tulane graduation and it was a great home base for us. The market across the street is convenient and I recommend walking to the Marsh hotel’s coffee bar.

We had a wonderful stay at Loris's place. The house is clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. There was just 2 of us, so plenty of room. Very walkable to FQ and Fairgrounds. We would love to stay again. Thanks Loris!

Spencer's place was fantastic! A very nicely decorated space, and we had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest be added are cleaning supplies so guests can tidy bathroom and kitchen after use during the stay. Great experience, highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! Exactly what we were hoping for and more! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL & A+ STAFF! We walked everywhere while here and felt right at home! The hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of each day. The weather got nasty but the courtyard and pool area were still wonderful!!Michael responds to messages ASAP and was super helpful!
