Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nipinnawasee

Tchukon and Carolyn’s home was great! We were a group of 7 and the space fit us all well. Extremely clean, I think the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were responsive and included lots of helpful information for the house. Backyard is wonderful, and we all really enjoyed the hot tub, especially at sunset. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Christopher's property is well-maintained with everything needed for cooking meals at home. We appreciated the coffee, cream & sugar to get our early mornings started. The home is 40 minutes from Yosemite's south entrance and only 7 minutes from Bass lake as described. The beds were comfortable and the patio was so peaceful after a busy day in the park. Christopher, thank you for the love and care you put into your place, we hope its available when we return to the area!!

I like the flow and openness of the house. It is so bright because of the high ceiling and big glass windows. The whole house is so clean, has simple but nice furnitures and I love the rugs! I also liked that both floors are all wood . The balcony on the second is the highlight of the house. The mountain view is so spectacular and so peaceful. We spent a lot of time there. The only drawback is the porch outside the kitchen. It would have been used more effectively if there was a bbq grill or a spa.

Andrew's place is full of thoughtful additions that make any stay as enjoyable as possible. This place is the perfect setup for 4-6 guest looking to explore the area. 10/10 would stay again!

Jen’s place was a great spot for our family to stay as we visited Yosemite - close to the south entrance and within mins of restaurants, shops in Oakhurst and close to Bass lake. It was the perfect retreat after a day in the park! Spotless, well-equipped, and super peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable - I slept amazingly well!

The pictures are slightly mis leading. Felt like I wasn’t at the right place when I pulled in, but other then that the stay and amenities where all as described in the listing. The hosts were very communicative and were able to help/ answer any question we had.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and comfortable house in Mariposa. The home was exactly what we needed—clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to drop off our food and luggage before the official check-in time, which made our arrival much smoother. One especially convenient feature was the in-unit washer and dryer. It was such a relief to be able to do laundry at the end of our trip—we loved not having to bring home a suitcase full of dirty clothes! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent communication before and during our stay. They made sure we were able to get to the house with ease and even offered us an early check-in! The house lived up to the hype, everything in the kitchen was neatly organized and all the cabinets and drawers all had labels. Backyard deck is cool, some of the chairs are a little worn down, but it's all good. Every morning a little family of deer chill under the deck and they run out if you step onto it. You'll see various deer roaming around the area also, so be careful if you're driving down the streets. Wifi had plenty of speed and there are countless power outlets throughout the living room. Half of us found the mattresses to be a little uncomfortable, but the other half didn't seem to mind, so that's all down to personal preference. We were glad they had a grill on premises that was already cleaned before we arrived (guests must clean it before leaving) and the propane tank was already filled. I recommend this spot!

This a peaceful retreat in an incredibly beautiful location. The cabin is located in a small, friendly, quiet and beautiful community. The neighborhood is connected to a nice trail and leads you along a river and waterfalls. The cabin is beautifully understated. Filled with quality pieces but they’re not pretentious so you instantly feel like you’re home and it’s cosy. The patio is a perfect place to have a meal and listen to the river next to the house. I would highly recommend staying in this cabin if you want Yosemite to be accessible but you’re not in the mix. Just keep in mind to get to Yosemite and its shuttle system it’s a bit of a drive BUT the drive is beautiful and it’s worth spending extra time in the car.

Very nice rental unit only a 20-30 min drive from Yosemite Valley. It was very clean, decorated nice, and having a full kitchen and barbecue on the patio was great. The continental breakfast that they provide was a kind gesture as well. The hosts of the unit were amazing as well. They respond very quick to any questions and are eager to make sure your stay is great. The instructions they also provide you leading up to the stay are extremely helpful. The send detailed information about the unit, including the Yosemite reservation process (which they do for you) and check in process, that make the stay as smooth as possible. Would definitely stay with them again!

It was a wonderful experience! This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in through Airbnb. The host prepared so many thoughtful amenities, and there were so many heartwarming touches throughout the trip. Especially, the homemade cookies were amazing ! so delicious and full of love! I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. it made the stay even more special!

Great place to stay near Yosemite. It had everything we needed and Sherri was extremely clear and helpful with her instructions. If I’m ever near Oakhurst again, I will definitely stay here.

This apartment is a great choice for Mariposa: it is clean, conveniently located, and has all the core amenities. The hosts are communicative, making the check-in and check-out process easy. The place is truly in the center of Mariposa, and is walking distance to a lot of places. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Yosemite. The apartment itself might not be my most memorable Airbnb experience, but it certainly got the job done and we had no complaints.

Sally's place was a great home-base for skiing at china peak mountain, about 30 minutes away. we loved the place, it was large, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches with coffee, lotion, extra blankets etc. The home was cozy warm and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean, the location was excellent, and Terri's super clear instructions on how to find the place were extremely helpful for us, especially because we arrived after dark. Highly recommend!

Excellent location deep inside Yosemite NP. No need for National Park reservations, just had to show Airbnb confirmation. Spent 2 nights with no need to leave the park and line up again the next day, if you have reservations. Worked perfectly with our National Park senior citizen pass. Cheaper than lodging outside Yosemite. Sleeps 6 comfortably with kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Good communicator. Highly recommended.

Stayed 5 nights with my husband and 2 teen boys. Cabin was well stocked, including firewood, toiletries, and kitchen necessities. The Christmas Tree was a lovely touch! Appreciated the responsiveness from Amanda, she made our stay extremely comfortable and we loved being 35 minutes from China Peak! ❄️🏂⛷️ Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Nice area in Yosemite. Close to the valley and a lot of the main attractions in the park. Unit was clean and had all things listed. Kitchen area very convenient for a stay at Yosemite.

Great location, 30 min drive to the valley. Second floor, balcony overlooking the woods. There’s an electric grill on the balcony. Would stay again!
