Holiday rentals with a patio in Nipomo

Edel and Alex's studio is a wonderful gem in Cayucos! I stayed here for almost a week, and it was the perfect spot for beach town relaxation. The location is a super quick hop from Cayucos' main street and also from Morro Bay. The studio is private, well appointed, and clean; the neighborhood is quiet; and the area is a spectacular piece of central California coastline. Edel and Alex have a delightful guidebook of restaurants, bars, wineries, and tourist spots all over the San Louise Obispo area. They were also incredibly proactive and responsive hosts. I am absolutely staying here the next time I'm in the area!

Diane's Nottage was the best Airbnb I've stayed in recently - I am a clean freak, and this place did not disappoint! The ample counter space in the bathroom was a pleasure, as was the big, new shower and comfy living area. She clearly labeled all of the light switches which was a huge help. I loved the backyard garden and the overall layout of the Nottage - It felt so private and safe. I now want more reasons to visit SLO so I can book Diane's home again!!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

Claudia and Bob are very welcome. The ocean view is the best. It really close to the pismo beach. My family spent a relax time there.

Immediately when we entered the home, we commented on how the beautiful and thoughtful the details were in this home. We noticed all the small things, such as the matching, beautiful colors in different areas. It really felt like a beach home. The amenities were as described. For being so close to downtown and the beach, we didn't hear any street noise from the home. This home is in extremely close walking distance to Pismo beach (under 75 steps) where we enjoyed food, music, the amazing ocean, and people watching. When we visit Pismo again, we will definitely check to see if Jody's place is available first. Again, a lovely place and visit.

Host were very nice and responsive, and the home was so clean that there was not a speck of dust on my feet. Awesome !!

I am so grateful for Amy’s place. It was our first time in los Alamos and I will be calling amy every time I want to stay again. She is a great host and the condo was spotless and comfy. The location cannot be beat and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This was our third or fourth time back – had a great stay! Really love all the different amenities to cook and do good meal preparation with. Love the pickleball court and the very comfortable bedrooms. Looking forward to coming back next May.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was extremely clean and included all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. Using the August app to lock/unlock the front door was a breeze and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area!

My family and I visited Santa Maria for Memorial Day Weekend, and we’re so glad we chose Greg’s listing for our stay. Nestled in the charming old town of Orcutt, the home felt like the perfect “home away from home” as we explored the area for the first time. The house itself is incredibly cozy and welcoming—with a lovely fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything spotlessly clean. We especially loved the peaceful front and back patios surrounded by greenery, and were absolutely smitten with the sweet resident kitty in the yards—such a cutie (we tried to befriend him every chance we got)! Greg was a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. We’re so grateful for the experience and would love to return!

We stayed at Joel and Shannon’s place for the entire month of May and had a wonderful experience. The home is well-equipped, comfortable, and in a great location—just 15 minutes to the beach and only about 12 minutes to Costco in Santa Maria. We especially enjoyed the nearby weekend Swap Meet, which is walkable from the house. The living room is very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and glassware, and the outdoor patio and grill made it easy to enjoy the beautiful weather. Free parking right in front of the garage was also a nice convenience. During our stay, we explored San Luis Obispo, Grover Beach, Oceano, Arroyo Grande, Avila Beach, and Pismo Beach—all a fairly short drive away. Joel and Shannon were great communicators, and everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. We’d gladly return!

The place is so homey and just like the pictures. The backyard is so nice. We were given eggs and fresh sourdough bread during our stay. The bread was so good. The location was great for where we wanted to be and close to the stores. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Emma’s place was truly a home away from home! We came here for my birthday/our anniversary trip and loved it. The place was like a peaceful beach cottage, and the hosts were so thoughtful. You could see the effort that went into building this place. The living room, bedroom, bathroom were all so nice- the outdoor area and little office were great. We loved the hot tub and even ate our dinner in the backyard. It could be helpful to know that the house is on a corner of a street and you can hear cars clearly driving by at night, however, the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet otherwise! We would stay here again because of the central location and coziness of the house! (:

A perfect getaway for my family and I . Just out in the country enough to feel secluded but also close enough to all that solvang and los olivos has to offer. Alan was very responsive and attentive ; the place has wonderful amenities and was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great jumping off point for various activities like Hearst Castle, Pismo Beach and near by San Luis. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and the outdoor tv and sitting area. We were a family of 6 adults, the house was spacious enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other and had quiet areas for a retreat if needed. There was a small glitch with the house being ready by check in time and the hosts kept us informed of the delay and periodically checked in with us throughout our stay. Definitely a plus that it was dog friendly!

Audra was a great host. Her place is at an amazing location with so much to do nearby. I strongly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time. The home was so cute and inviting. It was very homie and comfortable. Carolyn was very responsive to my emails. EVERYTHING was in walking distance. We went to Splash Cafe, the Cinnamon Roll, Hot Shot pool Hall, Harry's and the pier. We also drove over to the Sand Dune for some off roading. Afterwards we enjoyed some breakfast at a cute 50's diner called Rock and Roll Cafe.

Everything was wonderful at this condo. Clean, great location just a couple blocks from the beach, lots of fun restaurants and shops nearby. Management was very quick and responsive with any questions we had. We will stay here again.

Great location so close to the beach with easy parking! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and loved being able to send the kids down the street to enjoy the beach. The accommodations included everything we needed!

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.

This place was SPECTACULAR!!! We couldn't have asked for a better rental! Summer went above and beyond for us. Not once did it feel like we were at someone else's house. We absolutely love the place so much and we made unforgettable memories with our family. Thank you from the bottom of ours hearts, Summer and to her husband for such a lovely stay.
