Holiday rentals with beach access in Nisaki

Another fantastic stay at Anna’s studio. We were so well looked after, and the location/accommodation was perfect. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!

Ich habe die Unterkunft mit meiner Schwester aufgrund des Balkons gebucht, und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Jeden Tag auf dem Balkon zu speisen mit diesem Ausblick war einfach herrlich. Man braucht immer ein Auto, fußläufig ist nichts erreichbar, aber sie Lage ist trotzdem praktisch und die Umgebung wunderschön. Wir würden gerne zurück.

Het is een heel ruim en modern ingericht appartement Op een rustige locatie maar alles is toch dichtbij We waren er slechts 3 nachten maar het kan zonder problemen 14nachten zijn

Our stay at Angjelo’s apartment was faultless. The view is spectacular, and the flat is well equipped and clean. The instructions were clear which is always fantastic when somewhere new. Adding to this, Angjelo’s communication was fantastic and he was attentive. Would recommend his place to a friend were they looking for somewhere to stay, which is high acclaim. Thank you Angjelo!

Quite a few stairs to climb, but the reward is an unbeatable view; 180 degrees of beach and sea. The apartment was superb, and spotless. The hosts responded to questions within minutes, and were really helpful. Fantastic, would highly recommend, definitely book again. Quite possibly the best Airbnb we've ever booked, and we've been to lots.

Very lovable people own this magic place. They’ve been very caring with us every day. The place is absolutely amazing, you have a beautiful view on all ipsos bay and is very near to the beach bars and markets.

Super vriendelijke host! We zijn hier met open armen ontvangen en hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Ksamil. Het appartement beschikt over alle benodigdheden en het is slechts een klein stukje wandelen naar een prachtig strand

Мы пробыли в Барбати 10 прекрасных дней. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха: все кухонные принадлежности, холодильник, чайник, тостер, стиральная машина. Не было только микроволновой печи, но мы готовили и разогревали на плите и в духовке. Что нам особенно понравилось: на всех окнах, даже на балконных дверях есть антимоскитные сетки. Это большая редкость, и очень полезно, так как комаров на острове много. Апартаменты были прекрасно убраны к нашему приезду, кроме того за 10 дней нам дважды предложили уборку, а также смену белья и полотенец. Кровати были очень удобными, в каждой комнате - кондиционер. Апартаменты имеют большой балкон с чудесным видом на море, а также террасу с обеденной зоной во внутреннем дворике. В апартаментах было очень спокойно, территория очень чистая и ухоженная, кругом цветущие и фруктовые деревья. Дорога к пляжу гориста, но пляж прекрасен и находится очень близко, также близко пекарня, магазины и рестораны. Спасибо и до новых встреч!

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! We stayed at Theo’s place with my parents, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment had a beautiful sea view—we could sit on the terrace and enjoy our morning coffee or evening chats. It had everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest beach, Barbati. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues, as the area is quite hilly. The beach has pebbles, so it’s very clean. There’s also a bus stop about 5 minutes away, which takes you to Corfu town, and with just one transfer, you can reach the airport. The apartment was clean, and the hosts came midway through our stay to bring fresh towels. We were also welcomed with a bowl of fruit, which was a lovely touch. What was surprising is that the place doesn’t have a house number but you’ll get a hyperlink which is accurate though. I definitely think the place is worth the money, and we would happily stay there again.

From before we arrived Alexandros was communicative and helpful. The house is fantastic. To arrive & have food and drink in the fridge, and other treats, felt very special. They really have thought of everything and more. I can’t get over the view. Absolutely stunning. And to hear the sea lapping up on the shore. The walk to the almost deserted beach isn’t easy but well worth it. You definitely deserve a cold drink on return! (Sturdy trainers recommended). Clearest water I’ve seen for a long while. And you have to build at least one flat pebble tower. It’s quite addictive… Star watching (& bat watching). The cats are wonderful and we grew very attached to them. Alessandros’s parents are always on hand and have lots of useful info on where to eat, and places to visit. And they are very lovely too. We only had a short 5 day break, but feel refreshed & rested (& quite toned from that hill!). Would highly recommend without any doubts. If only everywhere one booked was as good as this.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderschön! Man merkt, dass mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde und sich auch jetzt noch sehr gut gekümmert wird. Es ist super sauber gewesen und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts noch einmal sehr gründlich geputzt. Die Gastgeberinnen sind zudem sehr freundlich, haben sich immer wieder nach uns erkundigt und sind schnell erreichbar gewesen. Der Blick auf das Meer sowie die Lage am Strand versüßen einem morgens direkt den Tag. Wir waren super happy und werden definitiv wiederkommen!!

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einfach ein Traum und man traut seinen Augen kaum, wenn man morgens aufwacht und vom Bett aus direkt auf das Meer schaut. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Unser Highlight waren die SUP-Boards, die wir nutzen durften, um auf dem Wasser zu paddeln. Marina hat uns tolle Tipps für die Insel und die nähere Umgebung gegeben und auch ihre Mutter war immer als Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen ☺️

The apartment is in a top location and decorated in style with the area. We in particular enjoyed sitting on the little balcony, watching live go on in the street below. A street musician passed one evening while the swallows would be visiting us every morning and evening. An excellent stay in a beautiful town.

5 stars are not enough for Elpida! She was by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had: friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay. Her apartment is truly straight out of a design magazine. While it’s tucked right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, full of charm and history, the space itself is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and full of “good vibes.” Every corner is cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean. The view from the window of the iconic bell tower was breathtaking, and everything I needed: restaurants, shops, history, the sea, was just steps away. Airport is 30 mins walk! This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Elpida!

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! The place is great, equipped with everything we needed, the coffee was a life saver 😊 It's minutes on foot to the old town, we have enjoyed it very much! thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility! and for the wonderful tips to get around the city😊

El alojamiento de Christina está en una zona perfecta, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y lugares para salir en la noche, pero a la vez en una calle que te permite tener tranquilidad. Además, Christina fue una excelente hostal, siempre atenta a lo que necesitábamos, a nuestras preguntas y lista para ofrecernos soluciones. Por último, fue muy detallista y amable al dejarnos café, azúcar y un detalle de bienvenida. Muy recomendado!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und verfügt über alles, was man so braucht. Man ist direkt an der Promenade und kann Restaurants und Shops problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Auch vom Hafen zur Wohnung ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Der Balkon mit dem Ausblick über Saranda ist wirklich schön :) Was noch gut zu wissen wäre, ist, dass einige Reihen hinter dem Haus ein Muezzin mehrmals am Tag zum Gebet ausruft und das auch in der Nacht. Wer das nicht gewohnt ist, sollte ein paar Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen :)
