Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nishiikebukuro

The host was very responsive to messages and was very easy to get ahold of. She made us feel like we were family coming to visit. The instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. The room was very clean and well stocked/organized. Although it isn't a super luxury room, it is great for those whom are out all day and wanting to come back to rest before heading out the next day. Around the Airbnb are lots of places to eat and there are convenience stores nearby. The subway station entrance is VERY close by so the added convenience adds more to the value. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids, and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this airbnb for its value and convenience.

Koji-san js very helpful and caring. He made sure everything was smooth and checked on us from time to time. When I told him I forgot to bring the charging cable line, he ordered one from Amazon and delivered it to the bnb. He didn’t have to do it but he did. We were very grateful. His room is clean, comfortable for 2 guests. There was everything we needed. Highly recommend as Ikebukuro is a great place to stay and walk around in Tokyo.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

We did have one strange hiccup where when we arrived at 3:20 (after check in), there was still a man inside who said he was wrapping up cleaning along with three other adults with luggages. Not sure if they were the previous guests doing a late luggage check out, but it definitely made us a little uncomfortable. Other than the strange check in, this apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, walkable, and had everything we needed.

When me & my friends saw this place we instantly love the aesthetic it felt like Vouge/aesop/archidigest. Such a beautiful space traditionally with a morden touch! Beds were comfy,kitchen was great & the tatami experience. Washing machine was really handy too! Private, quiet apartment accessible to few train stations. Walking distance & easy to get to Disneyland too! Nice cityside not too far from tourist attractions🥰 felt locally right at home! Easily able to get good food at night as well. Highly recommend this place & thank you Masaki for the caring responses. A very warm welcome from the fridge too🩷 Loveliest apartment great for 3-4 pax

Lovely unit to stay. Instructions given were very helpful to find the property. Very easy walk to the train station too! There is also a small eatery opposite the property for dinner. Do note that there is no lift on the property, so it might not be easy for some to carry their heavy luggages from ground floor to their unit. Overall, this unit is highly recommended! My entire stay was peaceful.

Very close to Yamanote line which is so convenient to go anywhere within the city. Apartment located at the top of the house, windows at both sides, wonderful ventilation. Peaceful neighborhood with lots of cvs, restaurants and supermarkets, great for families.

Kan is an incredible host and his place is lovely. The tiny home is filled with architectural details that create a beautiful and comfortable space. We were so grateful to Kan for making his tiny home a special place for us to spend our last leg of our honeymoon. The apartment is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, which is ideal for taking a break from busy Tokyo. You’re near major transit lines and convenience stores, as well as a lovely park. Kan shared fantastic recommendations for breakfast and lunch nearby — and he was very accommodating to make our check in and out as seamless as possible. I’d happily return!

Situated in a wonderful neighborhood, it's easy to get to Grandma's from anywhere in greater Tokyo. The flat is nestled in a sympathetic and walkable residential area, full of parks, shrines, temples and little shops; numerous stations on various train-, streetcar- and bus lines lie in all directions - so the location is superior. The house itself has been remodelled, preserving much of its original character. The modern bathroom is spacious, and enjoyable, the kitchen perfectly functional. The upstairs bedrooms are flooded with light at daytime, the beds good/quite firm. The main bedroom has a small balcony. By contrast the downstairs area (kitchen/living) area is by nature darker, day and night. The kitchen table has plastic chairs that are comfortable enough for eating and brief socialising, but the ground floor lacks the comfortable furniture and natural light that might beckon guests to linger and lounge. As a home base to sleep, the place is great.

Harvey and Lei are great! My family had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. The house has everything you would need, and I like that the location is outside of the very busy parts of Tokyo but still close to the stations. My family walked to a bagel place called Kepo each morning for bagels and then spend the day in different parts of Tokyo. The house is a great place to come back to after a busy day in the city. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come again!

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

This is a simple, clean comfortable place near the metro station with great connections to the heart of Tokyo. The place is very clean and comfortable and has all amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. A complimentary pocket wi fi device to use in the city was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend this place.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

I stayed for one night and everything was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth . I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

This is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood in the Okubo area of Shinjyku. JR station Okuno is just a couple of mins walk away and Shin Okubo is around 5 mins. This made it easily accessible during our stay. Shinjuku / Shibuya areas were around 10 mins away by train. The room itself was very clean and compact though the room sizes might be smaller compared to the ones found in the West/ India etc. I found this place value for my money. Finally Da was very responsive and helpful abd was very flexible to allow an early checkin for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay around the Shinjuku area

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
