I would very highly recommend Oki's property to any prospective guest. I told him when we were checking out, he is the kind of host that has carefully thought out each possible thing you may need during your stay. This is another level of attention to detail that does not go unnoticed and really separates a good host from great. Oki was also incredibly responsive and one of the friendliest hosts we have come across. His little courteous and considerate offerings during our stay was so appreciated. We rented three units off of Oki and each were immaculately clean and well explained at checkin. We were very comfortable and would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit. Good place to stay at near the station and near a Lawson and some bakery’s as well enjoyed the stay .

Great place for 1-2 people

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

Great house very close to the subway!Life is also very convenient, and often go to buy discounted sushi and beef!The transportation is convenient and quiet. The room is clean and bright, and the facilities are fully equipped including a washing machine and kitchen supplies.The host also prepared an umbrella, which is very convenient for getting around on rainy days.I plan to stay here again next time in Tokyo!

When me & my friends saw this place we instantly love the aesthetic it felt like Vouge/aesop/archidigest. Such a beautiful space traditionally with a morden touch! Beds were comfy,kitchen was great & the tatami experience. Washing machine was really handy too! Private, quiet apartment accessible to few train stations. Walking distance & easy to get to Disneyland too! Nice cityside not too far from tourist attractions🥰 felt locally right at home! Easily able to get good food at night as well. Highly recommend this place & thank you Masaki for the caring responses. A very warm welcome from the fridge too🩷 Loveliest apartment great for 3-4 pax

The accommodation was clean and nice But it smelled like cigarettes, but it was okay because I turned the air conditioner around.

The location is quite close to the subway, and the room is also large enough to spread out both large suitcases and there is still room to walk, but the soundproofing in the bathroom is not very good

We had a wonderful stay at Koichi’s place in Tokyo! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the station, which made getting around the city super easy. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and charming, with plenty to do nearby and a convenience store just around the corner. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.

A place was impressively clean, cozy, private and good vibe. the location of this place is near Kanamecho Station far from Ikebukuro sta. for 10 more minutes. Unfortunately the Kanamecho sta. has no exit elevator so that is quite unsatisfy for guest with the big luggage s. but overall this airbnb is a great place to stay.

My family and I stayed in Mayumi's place for 4 nights. The property was clean and the host provided us freebies when we arrived. Mayumi and her husband were very responsive and kind. I like this place because it's close to places of interest, i.e. Shinjuku and Shibuya, via train, but it is in a residential area. It is also right across the JR train station, so it's easy to go around and travel. There are stores and restaurants in the area, so it's easy to go out for food and basic needs. We recommend this place for families!

We enjoyed our stay.. the house was in a great location, had everything we needed, very well organized, clean, loved the water pressure in the shower as well as the amenities provided such as shampoo and conditioner and soap, the host gave very detailed instructions and was very quick to respond. We loved how there was a market and many convenience stores and restaurants near by, as well as close proximity to the subway station. Would stay here again.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a short walking distance to Ikebukuro. There’re many restaurants, stores and 7/11’s around, so you’ll never have problems with groceries or late night snacks. Bus and train stations are also quite close, so getting home after a long day on your feet won’t be a hassle. The place itself is cozy, clean and has everything you might need. We stayed for almost a week and were completely satisfied. Also, don’t let the trains running in front of the apartment scare you away. Although it does make some noise, it also gave us very unique videos and photos! The host was great and responsive!

The location is at the west exit of Ikebukuro, a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It is very convenient to take the Yamanote Line. The transportation is very convenient, but the check-in process is a bit complicated. It was raining heavily when I stayed, which made it a bit messy. In addition, the room size is quite large for a place near the subway station. Hotels of the same price are only 12 square meters, and this place has a kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, bathtub, shower area, and well-planned storage space. The toilet is a smart toilet, the TV is movable, you can put it anywhere you want, there is also an HDMI port, you can bring your own device to watch what you want, because it can't use YouTube and Netflix, the only shortcoming is that there are stains on the sofa, long hair on the floor and bed, but not much, it may be left by the cleaning staff while working, overall I like it here, I will come again if I have the chance.

The host was very responsive to messages and was very easy to get ahold of. She made us feel like we were family coming to visit. The instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. The room was very clean and well stocked/organized. Although it isn't a super luxury room, it is great for those whom are out all day and wanting to come back to rest before heading out the next day. Around the Airbnb are lots of places to eat and there are convenience stores nearby. The subway station entrance is VERY close by so the added convenience adds more to the value. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids, and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this airbnb for its value and convenience.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Very nice stay!From the airport, I don't know how to turn the line. I asked the host to reply in a very timely and careful manner. When I arrived, I saw an employee beckoned to us, warmly helped us with luggage, the house is not far from the subway station, and the surrounding area is quiet, but the convenience store is very complete and feels safe. Both of us girls play very late for two days. There are also off-workers on the way. The house is really new, super clean and hygienic, and it is also very carefully prepared for disposable items and toothbrush paste, etc. The amount of water temperature for bathing is very suitable, the body wash and body wash provided is also a very good use of fragrance!The bed is also good to sleep well, we are almost atrocious on both days in Tokyo, and it is really important to have a clean and comfortable room ~ It is very important to remember the good memories of Tokyo in the future will be reminiscent of the comfort of the B&B and the warmth of the host ~ Best regards😄

The location was very good, in a quiet area despite the train passing by (but which stops at midnight). The apartment is like new, very clean. We asked for extra towels and the owner was very responsive, we had them during the day. I could book this apartment again on a future trip.

Great value. It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist areas, but still have easy access to restaurants and train stations. The bed was comfy and the room was well-equipped.
