Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Niskayuna

This place is absolutely beautiful and I had so much fun during my stay. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do downtown. Was pleasantly surprised to see it was Pride weekend, so I had a fun time seeing different local vendors and supporting local artists.

We had a great time at Bonnie’s place. It was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom areas were very clean and well stocked.

Miriam’s place was great to stay at! It was perfect for my Wife and I to have a little getaway trip for the weekend! We would recommend this to anyone who wants to spend a weekend exploring this area! Miriam is also very communicative and intentional! We appreciate her hosting us for the weekend!

I wish I could’ve stayed longer!! Great private location. Nestled right in the center of a quiet neighborhood. Extremely easy to access the other parts of town. As soon as you pull into the driveway you’re gonna feel right at home. The ambience inside will settle your mood, as soon as you make it to the living room. Everything was perfect, especially after a long day a traveling. I’d highly suggest it to anyone. My family and I enjoying our stay immensely. Thank you Robbie for your amazing work, keep it up.

This is a great home. The decor is inviting, the kitchen is spacious, and the backyard has a great view. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet too.

This charming apartment is exactly as described, but even better in person. The beautiful renovation blends modern comfort and minimalism with historic details. It's spotless and comfy, perfect for families (my kid loved the bunk bed!). Street parking is plentiful and the neighborhood is quiet, although amenities are best accessed by car. One quirk: the bathroom door can be tricky, so best to keep an eye on it and perhaps not close it completely lest you are unable to open it from the inside. Early 10am departure, so plan accordingly.

We were there for the Belmont Stakes at Saratoga. It was a great location and it was in a very quiet neighborhood with hardly any traffic going by. Inside it was very nice and accommodating - spacious kitchen with all new appliances, large dining room and living room. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and operational - just right for our party of 4. We communicated with Brandon several times and he usually responded within 15 minutes which was great. We appreciate that! All in all it was a great trip and Brandon's place was perfect for us. I would highly recommend it. Reasonable price, great location, great home, and a very pleasant renter. We didn't win any money at the track, but the stay was excellent.

The house and especially the location was wonderful. Very quiet surroundings and great nature. Contacting the very nice hosts was easy and uncomplicated. We found the house as it was described in the advertisement. The furnishings also left nothing to be desired. All in all, it was a lovely stay and we would want to request the house again at any time if we come back to this beautiful area.

This house was a great fit for our needs! While on vacation this was our home away from home. We had great night sleeps. Simple meals were easily prepared. The home provided space to rejuvenate before heading out to our next adventure.

Perfect getaway from home to spend some quality time by the lake. It was another home away from home. Chris and Rose were very friendly and so is the neighborhood.

5 stars across the board! Dan’s home was clean & as pictured. Dan graciously allowed us to check in early which was helpful since we were traveling from far away. He was extremely communicative & responsive. His home was very clean & nicely decorated. Would highly recommend!

Stunning location a short walk through lovely Congress park to downtown Saratoga. Scrumptious bakery in easy walking distance. The apartment was delightful: very clean with all the essentials stocked. We loved being able to stop back in during the day for a quick recharge before getting back into the middle of everything. Bright and sunny during the day and quiet and peaceful at night.

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!

Great location. Parking is difficult in downtown Saratoga Springs, but not their fault. Airbnb met all the requirements, not overly furnished or stocked in the kitchen area but got the job done in terms of giving us a place to sleep at night and being very centrally located.
