Enjoyed my stay. Great location was privately located but close to everything. As other review stated the house is older so some wear & tear and the bathroom isn’t super spacious but it was very clean & beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay again when in Charlotte!

Kim was an excellent host, providing detailed house rules, local dining, and attractions in her guidebook. She responded promptly to our queries both before and during our stay. The photos and amenities listed online are accurate, and we enjoyed the industrial décor. We will definitely check the availability of Kim’s home on our next visit to Charlotte.

The kube was great, simple studio and comfortable stay. Joe boxer loved the totally fenced in yard since he was able to run and play freely! Would definitely recommend!

Such a cute neighborhood. Many of the homes have been renovated with such charm. Erica and Bryson were so kind and helpful, easy to communicate with. Great space with so many extra touches from the coffee mugs and French press coffee bar to the cozy blankets. A great shared backyard for the dogs and a wonderful active neighborhood to walk the dogs, run, or walk to great restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Paula's home was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed, in a great neighborhood and close to everything! We got the AirBNB (even though we are local) because we needed a place for the Bride (my daughter) and bridesmaids to get ready and the home was centrally located and had plenty of room for all of us to get ready, have breakfast, lunch and have hair and makeup done. No need to worry about parking - there was PLENTY of street parking. No problems. Also, the neighborhood felt very safe and was super quiet. And don't get me started on the beds! I typically bring my own pillow wherever I go, but I just didn't have the energy to lug my pillow, along with the numerous other things I needed to carry along for wedding weekend. The bed was AMAZING and the pillows were perfect! I can't say enough good things about this house and will recommend to any out of town guests that may need a place to stay! Thank you, Paula, for your hospitality! Absolutely loved this house!

Had a wonderful time in Davidson. Mike’s studio was quiet and private, but also a quick drive to fun restaurants and close to Davidson College. Mike was proactive with communicating and instructions were clear and easy to follow!

My husband and I were in town for a concert so we wanted a place that was convenient and walkable to the venue. Enya’s home was perfect. Safe, walkable to many places and clean! She made our stay very comfortable and stress free. Don’t hesitate to book if you need a nice place to stay in Charlotte! Lots of nice touches in the home. It really has everything you could need and more.

Mike provided very clear instructions and was so easy to communicate with! The apartment is so cute, looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for two adults. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. I forgot to pack a hairdryer and found one under the sink, my hero! The kitchen was cute, we went out to eat but it was nice to have a fridge for waters and a place to put snacks. Parking and getting into the unit were easy, the parking spots are clearly marked and well lit at night. The location is ideal for the music factory, we were in town for a concert at the Fillmore and could not have been happier with this location! I will absolutely be staying at Mike’s again for future visits to Charlotte!

Easy to work with and easy to get into.

The place was very cute, clean, and in an excellent location! Whenever we are back in Charlotte, this will be the first place we check for availability. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

Kristin’s place is a great home base to explore Midtown Charlotte. There are lots of local things to do, eat, and see in close proximity, a grocery store is across the street for those who want to cook away from home, and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. I would strongly recommend this place and this host.

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.
