However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

Relax in our charming renovated farmhouse located in the heart of Perche Ornais and enjoy a very pleasant environment 1.5 hours from Paris, 2 hours from the landing beaches, 2.75 hours from Mont St Michel. This typical 180 m2 family house is located on a 4000 m2 plot, ideal for a stay with family or friends by the fireplace or in the shade of the large linden tree depending on the season. Well-equipped, everything is designed to ensure you have a great time.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.
