Beautiful little beach house! Clean and with all that you need for a nice vacation. Vanessa and Nicole were great hosts, answering fast when we needed them. Having beach chairs and umbrella available was a big plus! 100% recommended.

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The pool was definitely a highlight — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The whole place felt peaceful and welcoming. Marilyn was very responsive when I needed her, and the place looked exactly like the pictures posted. It’s only 8 minutes driving to Nokomis Beach and same for Downtown Historic Venice where you can find all the good local places to eat and buy gifts, as well as Venice Beach at the end of downtown . Publix is very close if you need to buy groceries. Everything was provided at the house, even things for the beach. The house was beautiful and the location was great and quiet. The pool didn’t disappoint. My grandkid loved it . We all did. I recommend 100% this place! Spacious, clean, beautiful and convenient. If it’s available in the future I will stay here again.

Loved the outdoor lanai enclosed patio with the furnishings..absolutely loved the hammocks...All the stores are nearby, Venice and Sharkys are very close (about 10 minutes). Jenae was a terrific, responsive host. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here! The home was immaculately clean and stocked beyond my expectations. The pool area was private and the perfect size for two people. The neighborhood felt safe and is super close to food, shopping, etc. One of the best airbnbs I have stayed in. I would go out of my way to stay here again!

Jared’s house is ideal for a people who like to go to the beach. It had all the beach gear and is about 10 minutes from Venice and Nakomis beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunset view is the best! The couches are great for movie night—super spacious and comfy! Definitely recommend.

The house is cute and well located in terms of getting to Sarasota or Venice. It is about 30 minutes from the Sarasota airport, but a direct route and so easy to get back and forth. They were very flexible when we needed early check in/late out. There are 2 chairs for the beach, a cooler, towels. We went to the Nokomis beach, which is fairly close and just beautiful. The Master BR has 2 French doors on either side of the room, leading to the LR. The Master BR toilet/shower area is separated from the sink by a louvered folding door. Each BR has a ceiling fan, which was helpful at night! The kitchen is well stocked, there is a nice coffee area with a Keurig coffee maker. There's a great screened porch, which we loved. Great parking.

My parents and I were staying in the area for a memorial service for a few short days and this was the perfect restful space. We were all very comfortable and at-home from the minute we walked in. My parents who don't always love airbnb kept commenting what a good find it was! And a great amount of space for three adults. Naomi also let us do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

If you are looking for a place in Sarasota with everything you need closed to you like restaurants, dinner, food shopping etc at just minutes from siesta key then this is the place. Very clean and definitely what you see in pictures is what you getting. I stay here with m wife and two kids, we are very happy with pick this place, will definitely book again.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛

Exactly what we wanted. Great Location, clean and comfortable condo. Super close to the beach.

The place was just as pictured! Enjoyed the space and access to the beach and nearby restaurants. A little walk to get to the beach but the provided wagon made it easy. Enjoyed having the umbrella and chairs to use as well. It is a second floor condo so just keep in mind you have to carry the wagon down the stairs. The porch sliding door was difficult for us to open the first time but was fine after that. Overall enjoyed our stay and location.
