Lake house holiday rentals in Nolin Lake

Our group really enjoyed the patio and furniture outside. The stargazing was amazing. I felt as if I was in outer space. Almost slept on the back patio star gazing. We did fall asleep abruptly. The nature and the lake were a peace of heaven like passing through the solar system. Thank you.

Great location! Follow instructions to get there provided by property owner. Enjoyed this tucked away cabin with lots of room for everyone. We were there during a flood season so we did not get to enjoy the lake. Being animal lovers we were happy about the daily visits from the tuxedo kitty and grey squirrel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was one of the most organized places we've ever stayed. We had a group of 10 people and it felt very spacious. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed including a crockpot and waffle iron! Access to the lake on-site was limited because of the recent historical flooding, but we were able to go down the road to the Wax Marina and rent a boat. The lake was beautiful and everyone got to swim from the boat. We would definitely come back!

Christy’s place exceeded expectations! Inside was clean and living area was spacious. Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends or family. Kayaks are available for use as long as you do not mind a short hike downhill to the lake.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cindy’s place. The house is decorated beautifully and it is oh so cozy and comfortable. My family loved playing games and there were many thoughtful touches such and s’mores supplies and a cute Christmas ornament. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We chose this Airbnb because of all the bedrooms that was offered. We actually rented the entire unit. It had more than enough bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms for 17 people. The scenery was just absolutely beautiful and it was quite peaceful as well. Unfortunately we could not check in until after 3 PM on Saturday and after coming from Columbus, Ohio on motorcycles we chose to rest. Sunday the one day that we had there it rained all day, but we were able to fellowship with all our members and enjoyed ourselves. Check out was the very next day at 11 AM.

It was the perfect getaway for a family reunion where catching up with each other was key. We played corn hole, hung in the hot tub, ate s’mores around the fire and completed jigsaw puzzles all while discussing life and where it had taken us. Very enjoyable- however we also found time to visit Abraham Lincoln’s birthplace, Lux Row Distillery, Big Wally’s ice cream, and Mammoth Cave National Park.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with this place! Everything down to what we needed to cook in the kitchen was well thought out. The home was peaceful, pristine and perfect for our Christmas in the mountains. We also enjoyed walking the mountain bike path behind the house! We feel restored. We highly recommend you stay here!

the surroundings outside were serene and the inside was cozy. It was the perfect place to stay. We are from out of state and we're visiting with family in the area. The home made me wish we visited when it was warmer and that we had a boat. It was above and beyond what we needed but I am grateful we had a peaceful place to come to at the end of the day.

We had a great stay at this cute cabin! It has a great deck and we saw tons of birds in the forest around the house. We also really enjoyed the sunsets over the trees with a view of the lake.

This home on the river is absolutely stunning and had plenty of room for my family to relax after long days in the sun. All of the sleeping arrangements were great too. The two decks in the back of the house were an outstanding place to drink our morning coffee. The views and scenery were fantastic and even saw many deer walking within feet of the house. Wow what a place!!! Will definitely be booking again for next year.

Great stay! Super clean, great location, and very helpful neighbors! Beautiful front porch, and plenty of seating! We loved going to the dock as well, that was walking distance!

House was very accommodating for our family of 12. AC great. Driveway is very steep. Our family enjoyed the kayaks and the beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with more than enough space for a large group. Well equipped with everything we needed to prep meals and feel at home while we stayed. Rachel was responsive and helped with any questions or issues we had while we stayed. The only issue we had was the hot tub... it was quite dirty with a lot of floating debris which led to us deciding not to use it. Other than that the place was wonderful and we would absolutely stay there again.

Upscale Modern Meets Southern Hospitality Appreciate Scott and Erika for opening up their contemporary and chic home to us on the lake. Everyone in my party enjoyed their stay. We wouldn’t even have been too mad if we were rained in and didn’t leave for excursions. In no particular order, we enjoyed: - great views of the lake! - big deck with a doggy gate, we were able to let our 50-pound dog and kid roam around - gas grill - high end kitchen appliances - comfortable beds - a mixture of plush and firm to choose from - kiddo got to play with toys placed strategically around the house - the game room was a really fun bonus, found out our grandpa was the ultimate ping pong champion - luxe bathrooms… one of the masters has a double shower head and a soaking tub - close to rec areas The hosts were responsive and kind. The house was more than well-stocked. Book it, you’re in for a treat.
